Hoping someone can answer my question, or GP Support can see this and reply to the email I sent. I requested a cashout late last night, and assumed everything would flow as it has the past few weeks, with approval and funding within 24 hours. This time, however, I logged into my account a few hours later, and saw my withdraw request was denied. I didn't receive any email explaining why, and I emailed support as well asking why.

I'm curious, does anyone know if Global only allows so many cashouts in a given time period? I have received 8 cashouts no problem since i started playing mid-august, and this will be the 7th request for the month of September.

Any insight into this would be very helpful. I'm a tad worried!

Ive done 4 this past week while complaining about the rng in the thread on this subforum and mine have came in under 24 hrs thats my feedback.

I've made 29 cashouts, never a problem.

Just wait what they say when they reply to your email.
