Copy (Ctrl-C) whatever your stake is * 2.5. For NL100 it's 2.5, and then paste (Ctrl-V) it into the betting window.

Profit.

this will definitely make me occasionally open to 10$ at a 200nl table when I'm playing both 200 and 400, but I play so slowly it's likely worth it anyway, ty

I was gonna say it would be cool if you could c+p a certain amount for 200 and use different keystrokes to c+p for 400, but that's similar enough to a bet-script already ...
