What is the probability of getting 4 of a kind in poker?
The odds of getting quads in a poker hand are 4,164-to-1. The probability of making 4-of-a-kind is 0.0256%.
I don't have the exact math calculated, but the theory is they are using similar rules as Macau Short Deck, but instead of limiting the cards from 52/x, they are increasing the probability of hands such as the one mentioned above to generate action. I am not sure if this qualifies for random, as I have yet to see the math behind their deck selection.

All based on 10000 hands of NL.

Anyone else have a similar idea?

I think it would be much better if you actually said what your theory is and why you think it. Right now, all I see is that you know the probability of getting quads and you have 10000 hands with no data. Am I missing something?

So you have a Global Account created in March of 2023. You're playing .25 cent sngs. Now you are claiming the site you just started playing on is rigging the deck with some obscure short deck perameters so more action occurs? Get out of the sun Florida Man.

Gimme a few minutes to get the photos online. Will walk through what I believe they are doing with PS Equilab. Just wanted to see if anyone even cares.

I am not a card player, I work in data security. I will show the theory and test the randomness of Malta, since Florida can not ask Malta for their decks, pictures coming.

So we are not in Malta. We are in the United Kingdom and America. In the UK for example I can play on Stake, which is run out of Las Vegas.

Flop:

Normal equity 3.23/96.767

Given the amount of four of a kinds versus Stake, ACR, etc, my theory is based on this:

In a 52 card deck, there is 1 four left. The four of spades. So based on this picture

The odds of turning that four are seen above.

I think they shorten the deck to something like this:

I am probably wrong. I only created to see if this Malta based website was legit. I apologize in advance for the experts insulting Florida, and our Native American owned physical Casinos.

10k hands is certainly a foolproof sample size to determine legitimacy of RNG. If you dont get 4 of a kind exactly 2.56 times in a 10k sample then thats proof something isnt right. And its impossible to get quads 2.56 times, so therefore the RNG rigged

case closed

If they are converting to a short deck within play, it's wrong and misleading but I suppose they have covered their bases in the T&C jargon to do so.

Just curious. Are these the pictures that are supposed to be evidence of something? Because they surely aren't. One picture shows that a set is likely to beat a backdoor straight draw about 97% of the time; one shows how there is only 1 four left in a deck along with what other cards are unseen; and the other shows a ridiculous hypothetical list of cards that would be remaining if someone decided to only use those cards. But nothing shows that certain things are happening more often than they should, or that there is evidence that suddenly a big portion of the deck disappears from play.

Is there some special website where you can find theories like this or did you actually come up with it yourself?

All me, no special website, just figured I would post this after multiple threats to my handle to have me removed from GP. Pre-empt the cry-babies with some personal theory since the Crypto options are 1000x liquid.

Everyone in chat says this site is "rigged". Everyone talks about the runouts being rigged. Multiple people threatened to have me removed from GlobalPoker.com, so I don't deposit here and figured I would try and show an example of what I think is happening.

It's much easier to buy Crypto from OKcoin and play in Europe.

Classic case of the people who write bad beats, complain, etc, ruining what otherwise seemed fair for people not in Nevada, Florida, New Jersey, Michigan, etc..

Instead of writing about a bad beat, I figured I would try transparency, knowing the "Evil Russian Hackers"/hand2note would instantly run my handle and tell me I am a piece of ish. I guess this is why no one plays in Nevada anymore, and the smart money went to Europe, Asia, South Korea, Singapore, etc, etc

Thank G-D I can play in Europe, over there people are not instantly attacked, ridiculed, and doxed.

Bittrex.com was a good exchange in Washington State.

It was used to by

before Crypto was taken over by Coinbase and the US Government.

They moved to South Korea and Singapore.

At any rate, we now get to play on GP with a dollar that is 130/100. So much fun.
