They credit the bonus right when you deposit. I'm not sure of any specific rules on additional rollover requirements on bonuses.

If you play micros, you get micro rewards. This guy probably just plays higher. I'm sure all bonus's depend on how high you play.

The sum of all bets placed AND CALLED, plus the amount of any tourney/sng entrances, must equal 750 before any withdrawal will be approved, afaik.
