Tables shutting down? Tables shutting down?

I was just on 9...7 of the 9 are frozen/closed (received the message, this table is closing sorry for the inconvenience). 2 of the 9 are playing fine. What's up global?

Yep same. Had 4 close out with same message. Balance hasn't updated yet (been about 10 minutes or so).

Yeah, something's going on. Should just stop the site until they fix it cause it's already cost me a couple of hands. Not logging back on for a bit until site is stable.

Same here and the ones that closed haven't added the money I had on the tables back to my account. Any info on what's going on would be great

With the way the glitch appeared, some just froze, some with error message and closing, it could take them awhile to sort through it (12-24 hours). The HH are still there though for tracking so I have faith they'll get it updated, just may take a little.

Same money missing. Global poker has tech problems in cash and tournaments and sngs. I figured I would play cash games cause it was the one area where wasn't a tech issue and here we go again. These are the kind of issues that can't be happening with online poker. Its the only site I have had these weird problems. If you sign out and sign back in the tables are working again but our balances are not right. Our money is missing. I might have to leave the site. This might be the last straw for me. What happens if they dont' fix this or can't fix these sort of issues in the future? they are going to have to get better software on the site.

In tournaments- I was bounced around tables with chips missing during the tourney about 1k in chips/ i was denied deregistering out of 2 tournies and when the tournies started my tourney table never popped up but global claims i got my money back. Still not sure if i did or didn't

sngs- got the sb twice in a row on the bubble in 2 different sngs.

now in cash- money missing out of my account after the tables I guess froze.

disconnection- get disconnected usually 1 or 2 times a day i can hardly get in a long grind.

Never had a response back that they found out what the glitch was and fixed it or working on it for any issue I have had. So my guess is they haven't bothered trying to fix these issues that will arise again for other players.

As has been observed we have had an issue with some tables closing earlier today. We believe this has been resolved and should not happen again.

We are also aware that some funds have not been returned from tables to players accounts. We are working on resolving this now and will keep you updated.

why do you guys have tables going right now when a error this bad arises and let other players risk having tables frozen and losing money? This is a very serious issue all the tables should be shut down until you guys find the problem and fix it.

Obvious question - are the games ok now? How long have tables been freezing? Was it like hours ago or minutes ago as well?

I still show a table as frozen from my point of view. I can log out, and log back in, and when I click on that table, it still shows all 6 players at the table and the preflop action is frozen. I have taken a screenshot of it. I had JJ in this hand. Should I PM you? My player balance is still not updated as well.

This happened around 3 hrs ago. And they are letting players play on the tables that probably could freeze at any time causing more problems. I still don't have my money back in my account. I am sure they will figure out how to get our money back but are they actually going to start fixing some of these tech issues so they don't happen again? it will happen again if they don't fix it. Its some sort of glitch with the software. And right now they are letting people play with this issue that has not been resolved is not acceptable. This is how you lose customers is not taking the proper precautions in a situation like this and not resolving tech problems early on when they pop up.

The least they can do is emailing all of the customers a warning that they play at their own risk as the tables can freeze at any time and take their funds. A lot players playing right now have no clue what happened and what can happen.
