Tables shutting down? Tables shutting down?

Still missing for me too.

It's been several hours now. It's cool that a rep is posting here for 2+2 ppl, but it really seems like they should send out an email to let all players know what's going on.

At least they are starting to give the money out. I hope if this freezing happens again people will post on here to warn us not to play yet. I guess I will take the night off hopefully we get our money back by tomorrow.

It's not the best feeling to for money to just be in limbo and they have all these tables just up and running. Seems like they shouldnt be doing anything unless we are all whole.

They are obviously sending the guys who multi-table and have more tables then 1 table last. Probably get to everyone by tomorrow

they refunded all my money back. You guys should get it back any time. Don't email them over and over again it just slows the process down.

Still not gotten money back. Barely play cash let alone several 10/20 tables, and this is what happens. Hoping to possibly get something on top, too, as this is one of several times something like this has cost me a lot of money, but shall wait and see. As of now, can’t even play at all.

I received my money back minus what I had won from the pot. I sent them a message, so hopefully that will get resolved soon as well

Mine wasn’t in account this morning. I just emailed them and they responded and put it back within an hour. Try emailing.

I emailed them last night. Got a reply within a few minutes and then another follow up email from them a few hours later. Still no money back but hopefully will be back in soon. Don't feel safe playing with money missing so just going to sit out until the funds are returned.

Couldn't agree more or +1 enough. Global really does need to send out notifications when stuff like this takes place, as the 2+2 people have to be in the minority of players on Global. Imagine how many losing poker players just stopped losing because their money is in limbo and once they get it back, they are taking their marbles and going home.

If there was some communication on a mass scale and I missed it, someone please correct me, but I dind't see anything.

Global reps, please pay attention to this topic.

Got booted off tables and money went missing from accounts that were on said tables. I emailed and no response yesterday. Got one early this morning and they explained a highe number of emails due too issue and the missing money was back in my account. Had me worried but it’s all back now. Thank you Global for the quick actions. Let’s hope whatever problem they had doesn’t happen again.

emailed support and got my funds back right away, global should be better about updating the players and letting us know if we should have to contact support in a situation like this this

E-mailed support and HAVE NOT got my funds back. 20 hours later. With absolutely no word from their staff, no message on the site, and no response to my e-mail.

This is a major problem and completely unacceptable. It is bewildering that they have not addressed this on a mass level and crazy that games continue to be played while I have not received any word as to what the hell happened to my missing funds and others are in the same boat.

20 hours later fellas. No word. And y'all treat this like its not even that big a deal. Everyone needs to get their heads out of the sand right now.

I also emailed support over 3 hours ago and have yet to receive a response or the missing funds back in my account. I'm assuming it has to do with the high volume of emails that they're fielding this morning, but it seems like some of you have had more luck in a shorter window of time than others of us. Maybe the Global Poker rep could revisit the thread and give us some details on exactly what's going on.

Hey guys,

The team is working through getting these funds returned to players ASAP.

I would expect most, if not all, players to be fully compensated in the next 24 hours or so.

In response to people wondering what assurance there is that this will not happen again, the issue was not with us bu5 with a very large supplier we use. Upon letting them knos about the incident they resolved it quickly and say they now know why it happened and have put steps in to ensure it doesn't happen again.
