I didnt receive 1000+ envelopes being as they permenantly banned my account minutes before they released a batch of sweeps letters. They stated suspicion of fraud as the reason and as proof they said I had used several credit cards that I share with my wife. I sent proof they were my cards and they said sorry, thanks for playing.

Hi,

I was curious to see how long people have been waiting for their sweeps to be credited. I got credited for my first batch in early November, so I started sending some more requests in early November.

Also, this question might be somewhat silly, but for those who have gotten significant Sweeps Coins from mail-in have you experience any particular run bad, or has the variance been the same? I am just curious because I would like to send some more requests to build a bankroll to play some larger tournaments. However, I am currently a winning player at the micro tourney level, so I don’t want to mess that up if I start sending in more sweeps requests and that causes a significant swing in variance. Thank you for your help.

Everyone always receives their credits, ALWAYS. If you followed the instructions...just wait and they'll show up eventually, I promise.

Bro, take the cashout curse/sweeps run bad conspiracies to the rigged thread please...there is no doom switch, cmon brah.

I've been meaning to do this for a while, and I finally sent in my first 5. Looking forward to getting some rakeback finally. Also, I'm curious why people are using envelopes instead of postcards. Postcard stamps are almost half the price if you didn't know, but here I am using regular stamps on my postcards....

Oh also, I decided to actually read the entire T&C because they make you write out that ridiculous sentence. I found something actually hilarious....

5.3. A potential prize winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor/Promoter, an affidavit/declaration of eligibility, and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim his/her prize (if applicable). In addition, in the case of a Canadian eligible winner, he/she will be required to correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid to be administered at a prearranged mutually convenient time.

I assume if you read the Terms and Conditions you have read the part that says that you must put the card inside a #10 envelope. This is why people are using envelopes instead of just postcards.

Press " f " to pay respects to postcards.

Also, the quiz you may need to take applies to Canadian sweepstakes law and is actually a requirement up north. I thought it was silly and looked it up, and apparently that’s the case. The quiz is usually something simple, but it satisfies the legal requirement.

Chumba casino updated there sweeps rules stating that an accounts home address needs to be written on the post card as well. I believe this is new and global poker may be due for an update to their sweeps rules.

Sweeps Rules have been updated -- just starting to peruse.

Big changes I've noticed so far:

"A.their full name as shown on their government issued identification"

"C.the return residential address registered to their Global Poker account"

So, I guess we're supposes to write our middle name out now.

Wow, they're trying to cram as much *&#$ as they can onto this card.

Why do we need to enter our return address twice?

Also, can we get confirmation that envelopes already mailed in before this change will be credited?

Yeah that would be great if that could be confirmed. I sent in some on Friday.

That question was more for a statement from a Global rep and not so much for useless responses like yours.

Just raise the playthrough for sweep credits to 20x lol. Win win for everyone. Maybe they will change it to $2 same as Fendoff.

It will only get worse from here.

does anyone know if you have to write your name with the return address on envelope or is it fine just to have the return address?

I hesitate to give you advice and have you do something wrong - but I have sent in a number with just the return address and no name, and have gotten credit for them all, so far.

Yeah, you should be able to. I was writing them with my name on it for awhile, but saw that was not required after reading the updated sweeps rules recently. Figured why am I spending an extra few seconds writing my name when I don't need to, but just wanted to confirm. Thanks a lot for the answer, cheers.

Does anybody know the current turn around time for getting credited?
01-19-2021 , 01:53 PM
About once a month at this point, but with about a 6-week lag.
01-19-2021 , 11:38 PM
Has anyone received any mail-in sweeps this month? I haven't received them since December 24th, but they did not give me all of the Sweeps that I had sent in for November or December. Thank you.
