I was wondering if anyone has been credited with Sweeps Cash lately from the $5 mail-in.

I have been waiting nearly 6 weeks now for credits. I contacted them but didn't get much of a response.

I haven't received anything in about 5 weeks. Also haven't had any response from customer service. I can't find much info on the mail in redemption. As far as what the limit is per month or if there is a limit.

Their lack of customer service is frustrating. On both their poker and casino site I see "play for free" everywhere. You'd think they'd find a way to do things in a timely manner or at least be able manage expectations better.

I'll update whenever I start to receive credits again. Please do the same. Thanks!

As posted in the other thread, I recieved credit for 2 envelopes a week or 2 ago. They're apologizing for the delay and said they're getting to all of them. As far as month by month, I'd say the delay started toward the beginning of April 2020. Hang in there they'll get to them all

P.s if you're really curious read through prior threads and posts on this topic; I have never seen a specific max amount of envelopes anywhere posted anywhere, nor any admin say point blank what the limit is. I have personally always assumed it ls 5, have mailed in 5 every month since the middle of 2018, and have gotten credited for every single one. They WILL honor them, as long as you've properly followed all the directions.

Update - My account was credited overnight for the mail-ins from April and some from early May.

If you take a look on the "get chips" button, there is now daily free gold coins and daily free sweeps coins for all players. Saves the cost of a stamp.

In order to legally operate with their "sweep stakes" model, they need to offer the free SC for mailed in post cards. I was not talking about the post card senders starting games at all.

Still, there are playthrough requirements, so they end up generating tons of rake. Most likely enough to offset the $5 for each letter.

Long time since I received anything as well. I assume they are just being slow, maybe tidying everything up before sending out the last pre rules change batches.

Tuesday will be a month since theyve processed any mail ins and imo thats insanely unacceptable and on purpose.
