With the implementation of the vault, I'm surprised that surge games are still not running. I've seen some comments on threads that surge is still pretty buggy. Any plans on fixing surges bugs and glitches?

truly wish people would actually play surge, there are a ton of cash regs who i am sure would love to get the surge games going. ive still yet to play a single hand of 'surge' smh

Me neither man. It's odd that not even the 2nl or 10nl don't run. They have to do something about it. Maybe give extra rakeback or something for surge games? It's seems like they need to iron out the glitches first, so hopefully they can fix surge in 2023.

Generally the NLH games on Global move pretty fast. Compared to other sites. I don't see any need for surge tbh. Probably best to focus on other issues on the site that need fixes.

Yeah. I'd agree with that as well. I don't think any sites move quicker than global does. I guess fixing surge would bring a lot of Ignition and WPN regs over to the site, which none of us really want. I'd really like to see an updated mobile app before they fix surge quite honestly.

only way they would ever get surge running well is if once a week they took down all cash games for 3-4 hours in primetime and forced the population to play surge. Id love to see this happen especially if they tried it with omaha since no usa based sites i know of have a omaha ffast fold game going consistantly they could be the first.

That's actually a pretty good idea. Even if they forced it for one hour, I would think that would keep a lot of players in the pool for a while at least.

honestly i wish that surge games would run, im winning at a nice bb/100 on the regular tables, and know that i would absolutely smash the surge games, just like i did on iggy and acr blitz.

i just prefer to play all my volume at global lately because the action is so ***** good and im literally printing money every day.

i always open surge and sit at the tables, even tho im always the only player in any of the pools at any given time.

i feel like most people dont even realize that surge is on global, or what it necessarily means, i feel like most rec players would prefer to play surge because fast fold etc means you can wait for premium hands and can snap fold weak hands

Ive suggested it for a while just get ignored. Anytime you suggest something it seems like they act like you have to reinvent the wheel to get it done and it takes months or years to do.

What if it backfired? You can't physically force people to play, they might log out and the player pool grows even smaller. If Surge was popular, it would run, if it is unpopular, it won't run, they will just go do something else.

Surge is bad for the Rec players they go broke too fast.
