Hi there, I emailed in to see why my account was locked and after 1.5 weeks initially I was told there was a chargeback from 5 years ago on my account that I have zero knowledge of. I immediately replied to find out how the situation could be corrected and to repay any money owed to the site and after literally 5 emails and 2.5 weeks I still have not received any additional information. Is there someone responsive I can speak to?
