It also happens when you see a flop. It is prob happening a lot more than people realize and has prob happened to me multiple times. I am often watching tv when playing and if I'm not then I usually play 4+ tables so it is hard to keep track of everything. Last week though I happened to be playing only 2 tables and wasn't watching tv and what do ya know I noticed that I was not credited a splash pot after seeing a flop. So now in addition to making sure we watch our cash balance when leaving a table to make sure we received all the money, it is also important that we watch the splash pots to make sure we get those too. It is another shady aspect of global on the long list of shady things they do. They will never credit you money you are owed from a "glitch" unless you catch it and tell them about it. I question whether this "glitch" is accidental bc they clearly don't care enough to do their own due diligence and credit people's accounts on their own which makes sense bc this is just more money in their pockets
If this has happened to anyone else they should come in here and post about it bc then global is more likely to fix this "glitch"
