Just won 2 sngs and did not receive the winnings. It's been about 20 minutes now. I thought this might have happened once yesterday but figured I was just off since I was multitabling at the time, but just played 2 sngs won one was not paid and about 20 minutes later won the second one I was in and was not paid. This needs to be fixed this is getting ridiculous.

EDIT: Has this happened before? Should I just stop playing until I am reimbursed or am I fine to keep going?

But... the money from the cash game I left 5 minutes ago still isn't there.

I was missing payouts from 4 sngs. Looks like all of my funds finally showed up, took about an hour.

wow, their latest software "update" really ****ed everything up

Looks like all the SnGs 50 and under are running, has anybody been able to play the games bigger than that? None are running. I'll try 'em all later in the day.

I think the optimal solution is for you guys to stop playing SnGs until things are all fixed. I'll let you know

No but seriously this is borderline infuriating. One day a bunch of rando poker players need to team up and make a site. Not famous degens or TV guys, just random internet grinders.

Edit: fwiw whenever I click on the little tab that has my balance amount on it, it updates more quickly, I assume people already do that but just a little PSA

I won a Rattlesnake Event yesterday for $1,600 and still havent been paid. This is a joke! Was also multi-tabling some SnGs on the side and I don’t even know if I was paid in the SNGs I cashed in or not cuz I was multi-tabling not even paying attention cuz this should not happen!!!!
