I keep saying it because people SHOULD be smart enough to email support, and sometimes are not.
Why are you being critical of my comment unless you can make an argument that ALL people are smart enough to submit a support ticket AND post their issue here. But let's be honest, not everyone is. I am not saying the two commenters above aren't smart enough, I don't know them. But there has to be at least a few who would rather come here, make a post complaining, expecting special treatment from Joey, and not have a ticket open.
