Understandable, it is promising to see that some have been refunded already. I understand globalpoker is under a lot of stress trying to fix this, so the delay is understandable.
However, several (trusted) 2p2ers are reporting that they have
either, a) Received notification that they are not subject to a refund, stating that the time frame did not match up, b) Were told that they have received their refund, and have not.
I'm optimistic that this is just a function of a hectic situation, and I would simply like to get some insight as to what would make someone ineligible for a refund, and vice versa.
It would also be appreciated to myself and others on this forum if you could clarify the situation with staff reporting refunds being distributed without this actually happening.
