I was heads-up in a tournament where 1st was $280 and 2nd was $189. I was slightly behind in chips.

Screenname = beatbookie.

I sent an email to support right away and got the generic response. Nothing since and nothing added to my account.

If I don't get at least $189 added to my account soon, I am cashing out and done with the site. Such a shame because I have been promoting to friends on social media.

The team is still working through the list of refunds.

Due to the success of our Grizzly Games Opening Event there was a lot of players online so there was a significant number of refunds to process.

If you feel like you need to send an email to support that is fine but please do not send more than one. People sending multiple emails is really slowing down the refund process.

Understandable, it is promising to see that some have been refunded already. I understand globalpoker is under a lot of stress trying to fix this, so the delay is understandable.

However, several (trusted) 2p2ers are reporting that they have
either, a) Received notification that they are not subject to a refund, stating that the time frame did not match up, b) Were told that they have received their refund, and have not.

I'm optimistic that this is just a function of a hectic situation, and I would simply like to get some insight as to what would make someone ineligible for a refund, and vice versa.

It would also be appreciated to myself and others on this forum if you could clarify the situation with staff reporting refunds being distributed without this actually happening.

I'm logged in playing NL20 but my avatar on each table began changing to a different one, one at a time (over a span of a couple minutes). Hoping my account / Global poker's data didn't get hacked.

Yesterday the site crashed, and now tonight it has crashed. I emailed support and have not received my refund for yesterdays mtts. I haven't done much digging, but what little that i have done has not yielded a response from the global team on the forums. Can i get an explanation and a reason i haven't been refunded yet?

I have emailed support, this is not acceptable at any time but when you're on a FT and come back to half the chips you had and are forced out in 8th when I was 4th in chips is nonsense... They need to pay out everyone at the FT with something.

Crashed on me tonight at the $1,500 final table. Came back to way less chips and forced into an all in made come in 8th. They need to compensate everyone.

I did. I know they are backed up with request from the previous night but 2 nights in a row? Ugh. I hope this is not a trend. I promote this site and will continue to do so cause I really enjoy the site I hope they take care of this in a fair way especially to those people who were in late game or ft and cash players in pots. Little frustrating to say the least.

In relation to the mass traffic on global-

During these last couple days when the volume has been super high my global has been spazzing out. TWO times now I went to jam ALL IN into large cash game pots and the site puts out the minimum bet. Both times it has happened on the river...the first time I thought I misclicked and didn't worry about it but then vowed to pay really close attention.
Last night villain leads into ~$70 pot for $4.50 and I go to put him in which was a raise to~$20 w/ KK on a 7899K board..the site min raises his bet to $9.00 despite the fact I typed $20 into the raise box. This is not me imagining **** I was playing super close attention.
The other time I was 3-barreling with AA on a QT544 board and went to put the fish all in for $30 on river, typed $30 into raise box then the site bet $.50 into a ~$50 pot........what the ****.

After I fold my cards sometimes the choices have been reappearing even though I'm out of the hand. For example: check,bet, fold are options once I am already out...they don't do anything but you can still click the buttons. Doesn't seem very professional.

After two nights of server crashes, no refunds, no response to my email, I am going back to bovada. I suggest you all do the same.
