As per other times that this has happened in the past our support team is currently going through and remunerating effected players. Please be patient as this takes a little bit of time.
If you would like an update please email
support@globalpoker.com but please be aware that there are a large number of these to go through so anything that pulls them away from remunerating players will slow down the process.
