I hope they have a game plan of what to do when the site goes down. Also, it would be nice if they would tell players exactly how the process of cancellation or pausing of tourneys works so we don't have to waste time figuring out if we should sit around and wait or not.

Maybe your talking about cash hands that are in limbo, but I would assume they would at least give buy in or chip value in return for tournaments.

globalpokerjoey is the only one i've seen active recently. He started the grizzly mttt series thread in this subrofum or you can search him to send a pm thats the only thing I know of.

I was playing cash.. Idk even what happens with that money... impossible to really know even cuz I didnt know what my balance was at .. pretty damn dumb

why would they not do anything? they seem like a pretty legit company.

reimbursing entries for early stage mtts is standard, as is paying ICM values for late stage mtts.

Cash games, you just return stacks to size before the hand that stalled.

Not sure why they can't come out with a tweet, saying whether they are canceling tourneys or if they are on pause-while acknowledging they are temporarily down.
