SharkScope Stopped Tracking My SNGS/Tourneys?

I noticed yesterday after playing a few sngs that my tournament count and profit tracker aren't updating anymore. Played a couple more this morning and my stats are still not updating. Are any other SharkScope users experiencing this?

Yup. It seems like MTTs are tracked (from what I've seen), but SNGs aren't.

Same here. Stopped tracking accurately after 1215 pm Alaska Time, yesterday. Then started tracking at 5pm the same day, but only Losses. I was up $900 yesterday but only shows my losses.

I think that's right. I'm not sure why they would stop tracking SNGs though.

I emailed Sharkscope regarding the issue. Hopefully it is fixed because it is only showing my losses, causing my stats to plummet.

I bet it will start tracking again today or tomorrow. Seems like once every couple of months Sharkscope has to reset their servers or something and **** doesn't track on that particular day. It's ok for my ego, because I got destroyed yesterday, but in any case I wouldn't panic.

Me too, just binked something and need it to show, dammit! Been on a bit of a slide and this bumps my ROI to absurd levels. Plus I need that big cliff to shore off the slide, yo.

Can you email them to fix it if you're not a subscriber? Also, how do they know to believe you if they're not tracking it themselves?

Naw. I'm a bankroll nit so not really trying to pay for something I really only use to look up my own stats after big wins so I can fondle myself.

Plus in all seriousness Sharkscope has always had issues for me re: missing important results, no telling how many less significant things they've missed that I haven't noticed. That uncertainty already makes it a product I'm not rushing to pay for, as it is I hardly ever even use my 5 free searches. Used to love OPR but they don't track Global afiak.
