Lol that would be pretty cool if they compensated me a little What they ended up being able to do was giving me my old username AMeck21 and email address from my original account. So everything is back to normal. I know this has been a frustrating week but kudios again to Global for allowing us to create new accounts to get us up and running.

There is another thread for this. Alot of us were in the same boat for 6 days. Some got back in some (like me) did not. They will let you make a 1 time new account. See other thread as it had detailed instructions from global Admin. Good luck alot of us have felt the frustraition.

I am glad to hear it is fixed for someone who didn't use the setup a new account work around. Stinks it took this long, but still its good to see them fix it.

Hey guys.

Firstly, I haven't read through the thread yet. Wanted to get some news out first and will then go through and comment if required.

This has been an issue on Facebooks end and some accounts that log in via Facebook have not been able to recognise the Facebook login.

Facebook is aware of this and are working quickly to resolve it.

That being said, our team have found a work around that appears to be working:


If you go into Your Facebook Settings
-> click on Apps and Websites
-> Remove GlobalPoker.com
-> Try logging in again

It should start working again.

Facebook has now fixed this issue. Everyone should now be able to log on fine.

I was playing a tournament and was in the middle of registering for another tournament.

it then shows an error message that I "do not have enough funds" but clearly i had more than enough to cover it.

i tried login back in but it just stuck on the load screen.

Its been over 15 minutes and i get this message:

100%
WE WERE UNABLE TO LOG YOU IN (2). PLEASE CLICK HERE TO TRY AGAIN.

I am currently in middle of a tournament and registered to 4 other tournaments.

Please advise.

I just had this very same problem as well and i bought in in another mtt and it never loaded up and my funds still missing and not updating. Also the $250k main event is froze after 1st break!

There is plenty of warnings from me and other players about the tech issues on global. Your just gonna lose that money cause its in the tos they don't have to refund for tech issues. Their gaming commission informed me of that. You play at your own risk until they get better software.

Due to a technical issue, Three-Year Anniversary Sunday froze shortly after late registration ended. We were unable to get it restarted safely, so we unfortunately had to cancel it.

All players who were still in the tournament at the time it froze will be refunded their tournament fees, and then be credited a share of the remaining prize pool based on the following formula:
*50% of the prize pool is divided evenly among all remaining players
*50% of the prize pool is divided proportionally according to the chip count

Notwithstanding the above, all players who were still in the tournament at the time it froze will receive a minimum of SC 540.

We are grateful for the record-breaking level of support for this tournament, and as a token of our gratitude every player who entered (including those who busted) will get a free Saturday Swish ticket worth SC 55.

I was playing cash games and three of my tables have frozen and the money was not credited to my account. This happened hours ago. When will this be fixed?

The jackpot sit and go's are also having problems. I registered for one and it popped up and started about 8 minutes later. I also registered for one and it never started. Really sorry to hear about the $540. All that hype. All those satellites all month long. Wow.

25/.50 9 man NLH table named Victorville locked up yesterday around 6:30 PM EST. Several players (including myself) had money stuck on that table. The table is no longer locked up as of this morning, but funds have not been credited back.

I have opened a ticket #3647820. I understand you have your hands full with a bunch of technical problems from yesterday.

I have the same issue as above and the money is still locked, however the tables have closed. My tables were 10NL 6 max with my amount frozen totaling 50.09 SC. I’m assuming this happened to all my table mates as well. The tables and amounts are listed below. Has this ever happened in the past on Global and how long did it take to resolve? I’m new to this site and am a bit disappointed so far with what’s going on with the site. My ticket is #3647306.

Nashua .05/.1 with 23 SC on the table

Lake Charles .05/.1 with 17.89 SC on the table

Worcester .05/.1 with 9.2 SC on the table

This happened to me once or twice before. It didnt take more than 24 hours both times. However this time, I still have not received the table credit. Once the funds disperse I will reply with an update.

We are going on 72 hours and my funds have still not been released. They did send me an email and ask me to verify my buyin, exact date/time, and my last known balance. I don’t have the exact time obviously but I did write down the 3 table names and the amounts that I had on the tables. I hope they make this right.
