For an American, playing on unregulated sites, Global is and has been my go to since 2017. I have always been their cheerleader.
Cashouts are consistent and have several interesting options, the cash games are as good as online unregulated cash games can be (I only play PLO cannot speak to NLH), the tourneys seem very soft, and its actually legal in the US.
The tourneys are very low stakes for the most part, which could account for the softness of the fields.
Downsides are no rake back, HUDs not allowed, small guarantees on MTTs and relatively high rake. Your only form of reward for playing is tiny daily freeroll tourney and a low weekly tourney.
All in all, as a callous American player who has survived through the 2006 UIGEA (RIP Party), 2011 Black Friday (RIP PS/FT/UB/AP), and all the uncertainty and funds lost being involved with US online poker since, Global has been about as good as it can get.
Thank you for allowing me a bit of online poker nostaglia
