I got my response last night... if you want to call it a response.

Let me interrupt here, as Kyle is not my name, so I'm already assuming that this is going to be a pointless email.
"This is David from the Global Poker Support Team.
We cannot delete your details but rest assured that we will protect your personal information and respect your privacy in accordance with best business practices and applicable laws."
Can't delete MY personal information? That's a lie. Just don't want to. Also a lie to say you're protecting my information as best as possible.
