I have already setup my account information and verification to redeem SC however I have a question. Right before you request redemption it says "you have $ purchase until Net zero". What does this mean? Would i have any issues redeeming my money to the verified account when requested? i clicked the link and it describes it a little bit but its kinda confusing. Any clarification would be nice. Thanks all.

I believe it's basically just telling you how much you've spent so you can compare that to your balance

as it reads: If you have purchased via multiple methods, for example, a credit card and an e-wallet, you must redeem the amount equivalent to your purchases in both before requesting more. Once you have a net purchase balance of zero, you can choose your method for redemption.

it has to do with security and money laundering. They don't want you using the site to move money from one payment method into another account. As long as you are just looking to redeem for cash (and are otherwise verified and approved for cash withdrawl), it won't impact you.

My advice is to stick with one method, and you will never have any problems related to multiple methods. I have two, and it can get complicated.
