Played some cash hands this morning but not are showing up on my counter.

I'd take it to CS and will but wanted to see if it was affecting anyone else. Some at my table say theirs are showing up, and some also are not.

Same, I played for 3 hours of cash and it is showing 0/300

Me either. I am not a cash player and I don't particularly like it, but I'll gladly jump in the ring during promotions like this, but not if I don't have a chance at getting the ticket or whatever.

What's interesting to me is, if I recall correctly, this promotion was offering SC 11 tickets to the USPO. However, I don't think there are any SC 11 events now. I could be wrong but I wonder what the correlation is between the missing promo and a prize being offered to events that don't exist.

And to clear up a point that shouldn't have to be, this isn't a blanket criticism of GP which I truly appreciate and enjoy. But as to this glitch, I don't care about compensation but would like an explanation at least.

I also now received the SC 11 ticket, great and quick job by CS. And I see that they are good on SC 11 satellites. Very cool.
