You have it right. You can not take a rebuy before the first hand is dealt to start with a double stack. Nor can you rebuy when below the starting stack, you have to bust your chips. Not the traditional rebuy set up but it works. The one caveat is be careful near the end of the hour. It's not uncommon for a multiway all in pot near the end of rebuys (you know the drill)... if you get stuck with 85 chips or something cause you lose the hand but cover, you won't be able to rebuy if it's gone to break. You can still add on but you can see the obvious peril, the whole idea of gambling there being to either chip up or move forward with a full rebuy and add on post break.

Thanks Gluten, I appreciate the insight on the last hour as I only played my 1st MTT on there last night. I was wondering if I was blind or something, never seen a set-up like that before. Kind of strange, especially when there isn't a late reg and from what I've seen...some large overlays. Seems they are missing out on larger prize pools. I don't get it.

Shhhhhhh. Its working. I final tabled both the 4k and 5k 5rebuy and 20rebuy tonight for 1k total.
