Entered this tournament by a satellite entry. During the first break at lvl 6, the tournament completely froze. Can anyone from the global team comment on this?

We hate when this happens. We are working hard to prevent it but we’ve lost a couple too many this year. Thank you for patience, good luck at the tables.

Most likely a server overload during GPC.

I won a satty ticket to the main event last night but it took over 20 minutes for it to appear in the "items" section, and, i was not auto registered into the target tournament until i received the ticket and manually registered.
