These are not comparable in the least. 5%/$3 cap is the comparable standard for online.
Live casinos are always going to have a higher rake, they have to pay for dealers, floor people, tables, felt, chairs, flat screen tv's, etc they have a lot more overhead than an online cardroom.
As an aside, 10%/no cap rake is likely unbeatable, the house is taking so much money off the table in a game like that, you are getting royally ripped off (they are taking hundreds off the table every hour).
