Not to sound snarky but how are we to know if there's a discrepancy if we don't know when the process has been complete?

just had a table close on me and my money wasnt in my balance, unlike last time. didnt take any pics but emailed them

You can create a support ticket via https://goo.gl/hqQEwv and request for a full accounting to make sure that your current balance is correct.

This just happened to me for the first time in the middle of a hand with all the money in the middle. Not sure if i was shorted the amount i would have won or the whole amount on the table. Sent a screen shot of the table just in case.

We're not doubting the veracity of your accounting, we just want to know when the refunds are complete.
You're making this confusing by alluding to refunds already having been completed. I for one have not received my refund.

Have refunds been (supposedly) completed, or not?
You don't need to handle a million support tickets if you can communicate effectively.

my funds came back yesterday within a couple hours of writing a ticket

I think they bump you to the front of the queue when you do that.

Yesterday I was playing like 4-6 tables and only one of my tables closed with the "your table has been closed" message; every other table worked fine all night. I got the money back immediately but it was odd. It was a full ring nl table, either 200 or 400 can't remember.

Ive been going back and forth with support all day today with this problem. Only one of my tables did this but it was in the middle of a hand in which i stacked the other player. The table froze and the pot was never pushed to me. I got a screen shot and sent it in but they keep saying i was credited the money from that table. I was credited what i started the hand with and not the full pot.

Support gave me a link to terms of service saying the hand is void during a malfunction even though the money went in and the hands were turned over. So the other player gets his full stack back like the hand was never played. I have clear evidence in the screen shot.

just happened to me too at 3/6

I had just stacked a guy after a long tank and I'm unsure if the balance was credited to my account; got the message and screen froze before I even saw his cards, and after about 2 minutes his bluff was shown but no chips moved.

Now I can't log on, I can see the main screen but I can't click anything because an MTT page pops up. I can see my balance.

same on two different computers and a different browser

ffs, best NL100 tables that I've seen in 2 months and they all crashed. To make it worse there is no option to create new 6 max NL100, like wtf

I didn't even get the message, all tables just froze. After restart I created 3 new 6max NL100, and now there is no option to create new tables. But there are 2 0/6 tables for NL10 and NL20. ****ing A
