And all the games I got kicked out of were super ****ing good. Pretty annoying. Thousands of dollars being held by them as they **** my EV at the same time.

They ripped me off like 4-5 GREAT tables then I don't get any of the $ back so I can resit. They're actively destroying their already dying site.

did you guys get your balances restored yet?

I still don't have any of my money back from the 4 tables I was playing at when the maintenance happened. I'm missing over 3k.

This has happened multiple times in the past. Try not to panic they will make it right.
1st time- fixed in a few hours
2nd time- it took almost 24h

Has anyone previously been refunded beyond the balances at the tables? Doesn't seem like something they would do

Just logged in 1st time today - my money is there. I did, however, send them an email after logging out last night. No idea yet if it mattered.

They cost me an absurd amount of EV, glitches like this are unacceptable. With the highest rake in the USA & absolutely no rake back (not saying I want it though), something needs to be done when things like this happen. I was 300bb deep with a whale who was spewing they literally destroyed my W/R. I expect another sort of compensation other than getting MY money back that I won.

I assume this wasn't at 4AM EST when they were doing a server reset.

It's probably Global being dumb, but they did reset servers at 4, so maybe they just snap closed every table instead of letting hands play to conclusion.

If you paid someone 6 figures to play on their horrible client that has an absurd amount of bugs & no rake back program & one night you were costed around thousands in pure EV due to something that is completely their fault, would you not feel entitled to receive SOMETHING in return or am I way out of line here?

I get where you're coming from but have never heard of any poker site in history compensating someone their EV in a situation like this, so yeah your desire to be compensated is out of line.
