As many of you know global ran a promotion where you had to play 500 hands on Wednesday and/or Thursday to receive a SC Invitational entry. I played well over 500 hands but when I clicked on achievements they had not been tracked and it said I had played 0 of 500. I emailed global about this on Wednesday and they acknowledged the hands weren't tracking:

I kind of had a feeling they weren't going to take care of this properly because the correct response would've been a very simple one that should've said something like we see that your hands were not tracked but you did qualify and we have put the ticket in your account.
I still had not received the ticket by Friday so I emailed them again and was given this ridiculous response:
Thanks for reaching out.
We hope all is well --- we understand that you're upset regarding the Ring it Up counter.
However, upon checking, your total hands played is only 395 out of 500; hence, you're unable to receive an entry for the SC invitational tournament.
You may check your total hands from November 17 at 00:01 ET and 23:59 ET on November 18 via the hand history page.
You may also check your current milestone under your "Profile" >>> Challenges >> Weekly Bonanza as your stats is 395/500.
We hope this information clarifies your concern.
They know referring to the weekly bonanza is complete bs because that only tracks number of flops played. To qualify for the invitational you only needed to play 500 hands regardless of how many flops were played. The vast majority of hands I played, I didn't play the flop and the number of hands I played total on wed and thurs was actually closer to 1000.
This happen to anyone else?
Because global cs has been so pathetic I am now forced to post here and hope that a rep will address this and do the simple correct thing by giving me the ticket.
