Anyone else having issues getting/playing on the site (globalpoker.com)?? Every time I log on a new window pops up and the part of the lobby window goes a darker shade and I cant click on anything in that area. I tried to log in via my phone and a new window popped up that said I cant join that table.

I dont know if this is related to the sound issue they were having but it happened right after I fixed that .

What was the sound issue because I have no audio on the site. I've e-mailed them, just haven't heard back yet.

if you get no sound bug, just close out your entire browser and reload the global site.. .thats what i do and it works, sometimes it takes a few tries though.

I received the response below yesterday but it still doesn't work for me. Great that they're working on a solution though.

I can't multi-table until I have sound that's for sure.

We are sorry for this inconvenience that there's no sound while playing. Our Poker Team is aware of this and is working towards a fix for this issue.

At the moment, we are working on a proper resolution to the issue; however, to enable game sounds, please amend your browser settings by following the instructions below:

• Enter the following in your Chrome URL bar: chrome://settings/content/sound
• Add globalpoker.com as an exception



This should resolve the issue for desktop users. A fix is currently being developed for mobile users.

If the issue persists despite trying the fix above, please provide us with more information to aid our developers in fixing the issue.

Alternatively, you may try playing Global Poker through an alternative web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
