I received the response below yesterday but it still doesn't work for me. Great that they're working on a solution though.
I can't multi-table until I have sound that's for sure.

We are sorry for this inconvenience that there's no sound while playing. Our Poker Team is aware of this and is working towards a fix for this issue.
At the moment, we are working on a proper resolution to the issue; however, to enable game sounds, please amend your browser settings by following the instructions below:
• Enter the following in your Chrome URL bar: chrome://settings/content/sound
• Add globalpoker.com as an exception
This should resolve the issue for desktop users. A fix is currently being developed for mobile users.
If the issue persists despite trying the fix above, please provide us with more information to aid our developers in fixing the issue.
Alternatively, you may try playing Global Poker through an alternative web browser such as Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Edge.
