Problem with note taking (not working) Problem with note taking (not working)

Hi guys,

I multi-table, and when I'm multi-tabling, any tables on the bottom row of my window won't open the note taking pop-up when I click player notes.

Is this a known issue?

Might not have to do with your bottom windows problem but be aware sometimes you can not take notes on a player if they are not in a hand.

Aware of that, thank you! Separate problem!

Has always been like this, for me at least. Surprised it's still not fixed, but whatever, I guess.

I'm sure recs enjoy software flaws. Good post.

99% of recs wouldn't even recognize a software flaw. Let's keep serving up the software until it's 100% perfect for the reg grinders. Hell, lets add in rakeback while we're at it and just top off our wish list.

The ****tier the software, glitches, etc, the fewer regs will want to play on this site. There isn't' a direct correlation of regs to recs either. It's likely inverse correlation since recs truly don't give a ****.

Yeah, that's how it has always been. I don't think they have fixed a glitch since day 1 only new ones have appeared. More than likely how it's going to be forever until the site is dead.

They are, apparently, fixing the frozen lobby glitch in two weeks. So, maybe this one (and others) will be fixed... soon afterwards possibly?

Name one glitch that has actually been fixed on this website. Only new ones have came about. Don't hold your breath.

We can agree that many glitches and bugs on Global remain unfixed, but it is too far to say they haven't fixed any glitches and bugs.

When is the last time you saw a frozen table that has a hand in play and sits there for weeks?

Payouts in tournaments being wrong on the bubble where the prize is split instead of awarded to the bigger stack?

While their are still lag issues, they have vastly improved from 6 months ago, do you remember those days? I do, its way better. I remember when we would go through an entire blind level (10 min levels) for two or three hands in a tourney at a 9 handed table because 6 people would disconnect and timeout and wait, and then come back in and disconnect and time out again.

And those just off the top of my head.

Granted, more work and improvements need to be done of this there is no doubt, but let's not make rash statements like "No glitch has ever been fixed". Its unhelpful and unnecessary and unfair.

Yeah, they definitely have fixed a handful, the second one you mentioned with splitting of prizes when there are multiple knockouts being most important to me as an sng player (though, to be fair, it did take over a year).

They have definitely come up short, but hopefully this will be improved, I guess.

Believe me, in no way am I saying they have fixed those things quickly. Just saying it can't be said they have fixed nothing. I am all for pointing out where their are issues but it has to be done in a fair way, or we lose our voice.

I also experienced this problem and wondered if others did as well.

Another odd thing is if you open the HHs in a browser tab, the players are displayed with a randomized player ID, not their screen name, so if you write a note on a player from that window (which you can do), it's not gonna stick to the actual player (or is it?), so I guess those notes are just lost and it's totally pointless to write them?

Not really sure why do you think it's a problem. The HH are anonymized so it will be strange to assume that if you are taking notes on somebody there it would go to the real player.

Right I understand, but for example, if those browser based HHs weren't "anonymized" like you say, then opening up a HH from the dealer chat and typing your notes on the player in that HH playback window would be a workaround to the issue OP describes.

I guess I was just checking to make sure others are experiencing things in the same way I am.
