I SENT IN MY STATEMENT 3 ****ing times and have not been approved this is the most pathetic shhit I have ever been apart of, im ****ing disgusted ive paid 10 thousand in rake and can't get a ****ing 1k withdraw I am literally in shock at how incompetent and pathetic this site has become

Did you send in a bank statement? If you did, make sure it shows your account number. They asked for another picture from me also, did not understand why at the time, then realized that was the issue.

My first cashout on this site was back in March for $300 and it went through Paypal with no issues.

My second cashout was on Monday and I had to resubmit verification and Bank Info. I got confirmation of my documents by tuesday and they said the withdrawal would hit my bank account in 3-5 business days. I got the approval on wednesday, a processing status yesterday, and as of today the withdrawal has fully cleared my bank account so the entire process took about 4-5 days. No issues for me so far.

Would you please be able to check/update the status of my withdraw. I have been verified and approved and was told it would hit my bank account in 3-5 business days. It has been over 3-5 days and I have yet to receive anything into my bank account. Any update would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Glad to see you got paid waterb. I too requested 6/11 and still have not received my funds. Status went from "manually resolved" to "paid" as well. Besides Kimbr on here customer support has been a headache. Pretty depressing.

pretty ****in over this site, its said "paid" in my cashier for 4 days and havent been paid, and now they dont respond to any emails. why is it so hard to just send money within 24 hrs if this site is actually legit? ive never understood that with these sites.

Can you please look into my tickets. My old bank details ticket said it was solved after two weeks when it very clearly was not. Support put a solved label but never verified my account. I made a new ticket and they asked for my bank details again which I provided after they left me waiting two weeks on my first ticket which was never resolved.

I've emailed support but nobody will help get this solved for me. This forum is my last resort because I have no idea what to do at this point.

Ticket #2457671 (for the solved ticket that was clearly not solved)
Ticket #2485678 (for the new bank details ticket)
