Kimbr, is there any chance you could handle my verification while you're helping out? I just want to get that done so my withdrawal will process. I have PM'd you my ticket ID, last night you PM'd someone may contact me in reference to the ticket, but nobody did.

Thanks!

Jun 11, 3:37 PM AWST

Hello John,

We hope this email finds you well.

You are among the first group of customers selected to trial Worldpay, the world's leading payment processor whom we are currently trialling a relationship with. In the interest of this trial being successful, from today you will only be able to make purchases and cash outs using Worldpay.

Furthermore, your bank account details are required to process your cash out. Please fill up our bank details form through the following link, and attach the two pieces of identification requested above in order to proceed with your request:

https://globalpoker.zendesk.com/hc/e...id=xxxxxxxxxxx

Congratulations on your winnings and thank you for playing at Global Poker!
Best Regards,
Cassi

I sent in my documents; Approved June 13th 11pm a Wednesday.

So Thurs Friday Mon Tues Wed Thurs and TODAY Friday - im Going on my 7th business day

After not much help reaching out to support.

Global Kim replied to a pm two days ago saying she'd reply "within a day".
I've heard nothing from her so far.
She also Stated previously ITT when i asked why i haven't received my payout" Hi, guys. It depends on your bank. Also, for some reason, Canadian banks are taking a bit longer."

Then I received this reply to a support ticket i created this morning stating this:

"Upon checking, your cash out has already been paid and it will take 5 business day to reflect on your Bank account."

So My Question now is do i really have some magically ****ty bank? ( USA BIG NAME)

From doing a quick google search:

How long does it take for a ACH payment to go through?
2. ACH billing has different processing times. A credit card transaction (depending on the card) can take 2-3 days to process. ACH billing takes about 3-5 days processing, but most banks favor ACH transactions over paper checks when making funds available.

Your bank can see an incoming credit not yet applied to your account. Call them and ask if they see a pending credit

Did you get a teller or blank 800# rep? There is sometimes a difference, but I would not be shocked if not seen yet. I do ACH transactions all the time. We authorize the check and the next business day it is debited from our account. Within 48 hours it shows in the other party's account.

It's really just an electronic check, shouldn't take more than a cpl hours, to be honest.

Actually I did not email it, I used the link provided by joey.
My bank doesn’t show my full account number in the app either. I don’t know what to do here. Still no response from global on my email.

PayPal reports transactions to the feds as well. Therefore, you should report regardless of which processor you use.

Why is it pathetic? Every site has horses/stables. Smaller sites even use props....

How do you feel about the tons of bots on GP?

Exactly. How do you think they caught Al Capone? Tax fraud. Was bringing in tons of money he couldn't account for.

And this comment wins, despite what I have said above that looks like advice. If you aren't sure about your taxes, go ask someone who knows better than you.

Is it strange that they don't do the tickets in a queue? Seems awful bizarre to approve someone who sent in docs a week later than anyone left unapproved.

My docs are currently waiting approval over 72h. Made the foolish decision to ask if everyone was going to be forced to worldpay and they replied by thanking me for now only using worldpay.

Day 12. Still nothing in my account.

Requested late last night. Approved sometime this morning. Awaiting payment now. Anything 5 business days or under and that'd be pretty good imo

It should be pretty clear at this point that Global is not the site for you if you want to be treated fairly or even decently. They straight up lied to all of us saying that Worldpay was just another option and Paypal was not being eliminated.

I emailed support back but I cannot provide what they are asking.
Still no response from support. Considering there’s no way to get my full account number on my bank statement not really sure what I can do. I went to my bank yesterday and all they could do was type out wiring information with my name and account number. I sent that to support but no response 24 hours later.

There is no question they have ****ed up this roll-out, but I have plenty of people still with PayPal as their cashier.
06-23-2018 , 06:23 PM
I read some rumors on social media that it is possible that PayPal received a large number of charge backs after everyones balance was zero'd out recently in the last Global Poker fiasco..
If these large number of chargebacks did occur then that is why PayPal is no longer accepting payments from GP.. Honestly it only takes 3 chargebacks to raise paypals eyebrows... so just imagine. and if this did occur then imagine how much funds have been frozen in these charge backs? I know that if someone files a chargeback through PayPal it reverses the funds immediately and holds the cash for up to 90 days while an investigation into the matter is completed. this would mean that a **** ton of cash is not accessible to GP for up to 90 days and may be one of the reasons people are not receiving cash outs.

aside from that... deposits are damn near impossible on worldpay.. which may be a blessing considering what is going on. I hope all this is sorted out and we can get back to playing poker without all this crap to worry about. Time will tell..
06-23-2018 , 06:31 PM
That really pisses me off if others are still able to use PayPal. While others can't cash out, deposit or get any form of a response. What a smooth and perfectly executed transition to worldpay! and how exciting a $20 deposit bonus that borderline nobody can take advantage of due to constant deposit refusals that my bank said they never denied...
