Hey Joey, when you responded in the other thread "Global not responding to emails' saying my "cash out was approved and i'd have the money shortly" what time frame did you mean? This week or this month? I still haven't received anything in my paypal. I emailed support last night to open a ticket and still not a reply.

i cashed out on 1/15. On 1/16 it said 'cash out failed' in the 'history' tab on Global. Yesterday you said my cash out was approved 'yesterday' meaning on 'Wednesday' and i'd have the money 'shortly'. Still nothing.
I play as 'BoxingCritic'. Could this be an email problem? I login with Facebook but when i signed up i might have used
gary@sherdog.com as my email. I got canned from Sherdog back in September so i no longer have access to that email as i don't work for them anymore. But i login with Facebook. Also btw, there's 'no way' to update the email on the account at Global. I'm just trying to think of solutions.
What do i do here? I just want my tiny little $500 cash out. This is so frustrating and very amplified since you stated it was approved and i'd be receiving my money shortly. The fact that it wasn't there when i woke up this morning ......i'm just mad now.
I need help. I just want a piece of my money. Why did you say it was already approved and i was getting it 'shortly' and i didn't get it? Now i'm reading how all these people are getting their money. Why am i not receiving mine? Why does it say 'cash out failed'? There's nothing wrong with my paypal. What failed here? I verified who i am with all my documents back in May of last year. Shouldn't this now be a seamless thing to cash out? I play micro stakes and it takes a long time and a lot of play to get enough to cash out.
It's nice guys like Splayaa have tried to help, and this community offers support. I greatly appreciate it.
