I want to deposit on Global, but I want to be verified to withdraw before I do so. Is there any way I can do this?

Yea send in a pic of your dl and utility bill before requesting a cash out.

On a side note I'd love a 3hour turn around like deal for for the cash out I just requested global! If not no worries cause I know u guys are way faster compared to at other site...THX

I think the key is to do business with GP during Australian business hours. I have made a point of requesting withdrawals 10pm to 1am Mon-Thur US east coast time.

Yea I'm sure the time difference plays a huge part of it. Even if the wait time is 24 hours think about how long it took to get a check from ps or them other sites back in the day.

Your assessment that Australians only work 12 hours a week is surprisingly accurate!

Ugh, hate to go there BUT...there sure a lot of complaints from people who never get a response after emailing customer support 12 hour work weeks would explain a lot

Ouch, try to tell one joke and this is what we get!

Noted, will revert back to serious, professional support persona!

Support, is it legal to have one paypal linked to multiple accounts on your site if both global poker accounts being used by the same paypal are owned by different people? Haven't done it & obviously wouldn't if against policy, but just curious about rules regarding that.

Crap. Please don't lower my luck modifier. I need those river suckouts because no one ever folds here!

By far the easiest and fastest cashouts for me even before Black Friday. I sent in my verification once when they asked me and another time thru their site just to make sure they got it. Was literally a 5 hour turnaround time before cash was in my PayPal. Haven't had a prob with cashouts yet and a do a few every month.

Got cash in my paypal about 5 hours after requesting a cashout yesterday too. Amazingly fast.

Does Global Poker process cash outs on the weekend?
07-02-2017 , 12:03 AM
Just requested a cash out, hoping it will be processed quickly like others cash out requests.

I think so.. I have read here in the subforum that part of CS is based in Australia so there's the time/day difference too. Almost cpl weeks ago I requested a cashout saturday or sunday about 7pm pac time and it got and it got to my paypal in a few hrs by like 1-2am. I've done 2 since then and slowest was 24 hrs from request to receiving it in paypal. Takes paypal longer to get it to my bank than it takes GP to get it to my paypal. But paypal does seem to send to GP $ to my bank faster than other funds in the past from other sources, almost like it doesn't even go through ACH, paypal has done it in 1 business day or less twice in a row so far which is awesome.

Good luck on quick processing and congrats on the cashout!

Hey sent an Email with my State ID and mail with my current address. I used some mail from PayPal. Is that good enough documentation? Also sent in an old bank statement letter. Please just want to verify my account ASAP thanks everyone. Cheers

I believe verification has to happen with a cashout req, cant do it before. I tried to get it setup prior to cashing out and was unable to. If you did a req sounds like you did more than enough for verification assuming the ID you sent is valid and the proof of addy is dated within the last 3 months. Cheers and congrats!

My recent cash outs have been absurdly fast, thank you Global Poker!

Ok thanks. Hopefully I get a response just so I can get the correct documents if needed. I'm not worried about whether or not payments will go through once I'm verified, i just want to DEGEN my money in a fair, just, and equal manner. Haha Ok I'm done. CHEERS

This is speculation obviously, but it seems plausible that higher cashout amounts are taking longer because they're waiting on deposits/rake. Lock Poker and Full Flush Poker had similar paths from start up -> payout issues -> busto. I sure hope that's not the case with GP but it's super weird they would go from 24 hour payouts to 5+ days in a few weeks.

I'm hoping to get my cashout, but I think I'm done with GP...seems too risky to have money on there right now. Payout issues, rake increases (GP has the highest rake in online poker) crashing issues and missing funds, banks cracking down on deposits, RNG concerns, not to mention the overall questionable legality of their "sweepstakes" model have me thinking there's a decent chance the site could get shut down or they're already struggling to stay liquid.

Good luck to all, I'll still update when I get paid (5 days pending now).
Been out of town so haven't posted...this was in my Paypal account on the 6th day. I have had two cashouts this week that both took less than 24 hours to be in my Paypal account. My only issue is the massive fees Paypal is taking (4.5% is absurd...I sell a lot on eBay and that's only 3% usually). I've been depositing with a 2% cashback credit card anytime I want to play to minimize the fees.

I requested a second cashout yesterday and received an email saying that the request was received at 1:56 pm EST. I received the funds in my PayPal account today at 12:28 am EST, but I never received an email saying that my cashout was approved. Was this an oversight, or is an approval email only sent with the first withdrawal?

I have noticed as well that only my first cashout came with that email you are talking about. I have started paying closer attention to PayPal when I request one now.

+1 to email from gp upon completion of 1st paypal cashout, but not after the 1st time.

Paypal has notification settings you can set to email you when a deposit is made into your paypal, and same with my online banking so I set them up and get emails from paypal when $ gets there from global and also I get emails from my bank anytime a deposit is made into my bank account. It's one of the biggest mainstream bank and I'd imagine most have notifications available in this day and age.
