I really dont want to believe the conspiracy theories about cashing out large amounts. Please prove them wrong. The requested cash out is 6K. I will keep everyone posted.

It makes me concerned that my account has been flagged for suspicious activity, but when I call paypal they are saying it just hasn't been transferred as of yet.
That does concern me slightly. When funds hit PayPal are we clear to transfer to bank or should we wait a couple days?

These guys are responding to emails faster than Usain Bolt runs a 200M dash, ok kidding, but this support has been awesome

Today, sent in documents, this was all taken care of promptly:

Welcome to Global Poker Customer Service Support.

Please be advised that we have now approved your current Cash Out request and this will be paid within 24 hrs or 1 business day. Please check your email and PayPal account every now and then for updates.

so far so good

Starting to get very concerned. Requested a large-ish cashout. I was verified almost immediately but still haven't had the funds hit my paypal yet... not to mention paypal to bank. Hoping to get an update soon.

Got a pretty quick reply from support confirming my ID. However, there has been a mix up with my addresses. The address that I provided is a relative's that I normally use for my eBay, Amazon, and other online transactions (I made it a habit of picking up packages from my relative's house and using it when I sign up to websites) but not my permanent address. The address listed both on the ID that I sent along with the bank statement is my permanent address. I do apologize for the mix up as it was a legitimate accident.

Will this affect me in the future?

Everything cleared on that particular cashout as of today. I guess this was an isolated incident of paypal just being backed up on transactions.

As far as waiting to transfer funds to your bank account, I don't think it's an issue transferring immediately once the funds are deposited into your paypal account.

Still waiting on a reply about my address mix up. I've already deposited ~$45 into my account and would hate to lose everything due to signing up with the wrong address.

I'd like to know what further steps I can take to resolve this issue so I can get the $50 that I requested.

Thank you

I signed up for Global Poker last week using my Facebook login and tried to cash out on Friday (June 9th). It's said "Pending Approval" ever since, but I haven't received a single e-mail. I contacted support yesterday but haven't heard anything back. I saw someone on this forum suggest that Comcast (my e-mail provider) might filter out the word "poker", but I received purchase receipts from Global Poker with no problem, and my spam folder is completely empty. If any reps on here can help me out, or if any fellow users have any ideas, I'd be very thankful. My screen name is flodman123

Why? If it's a trademark issue then I understand but if its strictly censorship then you should let him/her keep it. Censorship sucks and we're all adults here.

Instead of sending me an e-mail relevant to my current problem, I received this message:

Dear Cory,

Welcome to Global Poker Customer Service Support.

We would like to request for a different copy of your proof of address that contains the following:

- Your full name and address
- Company logo, name and address
- Date must be within 3 months

Please take a picture of the WHOLE document must not be inside an envelope nor screenshot, making sure that the details are clear and legible.

Looking forward to receive your document.

Best Regards,
Ash
My problem is I need to change the address listed on my account to my current address so that I can send my proof of address. Is there any way that I can resolve this issue?
06-15-2017 , 08:02 PM
Update:

Ash replied and said that my address would be changed but he still needs my proof of address. I just sent him a copy of my bank statement that I printed from my bank account. Now I am waiting for confirmation.

Okay all who play on global. What is the deal with the payouts? Are people not getting there money? I read a lot of bad stuff about this site just wondering if I should deposit money or not even bother?

Not trying to be mean, but if you did an ounce of research on these very forums you would have your answer. GL

I'm not sure to be honest. I've sent them everything that they needed but it's been 3 hours since they last replied to me about my withdrawal. Hopefully, tomorrow I get approved but it's looking grim to me at the moment.

Received today, very impressed with how quick this was. It only took 3 days to verify my information and put the funds in my account.

Well done global.

This is literally the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. First, I get this email telling me that my account would be updated with the new address.

Dear Cory,

Thank you for getting back to us quickly.

Yes, you may send the supporting document that has that new address and we will update your account information as requested. Again, please take a picture of the WHOLE document and must not be inside an envelope nor screenshot, making sure that the details are clear and legible.

Thank you,
Ash
So I send a photo of my bank statement. Then, someone by the name of Emily replies completely ignoring my previous requests with this message:

Hello Cory,

Thank you for your email.

We appreciate the copy of the documents you submitted. Your ID is sufficient however, your proof of address doesn't have the same address as what has been registered on the account. Please provide as a document wherein it shows the same address as registered on the Global Poker account for verification purposes.

Important Note:
Please make sure that all the important details is captured like the issued date, sender address and not folded or inside an envelope. Rest assured that all documents you send to us are treated with utmost confidentiality, and will not be shared with anyone.

We are looking forward to your reply.

Regards,
Emily
Am I talking to robots here? I've never had to repeat myself so many times. Give me Ash back, at least he/she listened and sympathized with me. Jesus christ.

Why do I have to deal with all of this just to get $50. I've sent everything that I need to and was told my details would be changed. Just look at how the customer service representatives contradict each other. Wtf:

I truly envy all of you that have gotten a cash out without issues. As for me, they won't even give me my measly $50 after going back and forth with them all day. Where is the Global Poker rep on this website when you actually need them?
06-16-2017 , 02:48 AM
Crescent, what address did you register on the site, and does that address match the document you sent them? They seem to think not.

I signed up with a relative's address because I was staying there temporarily at the time and made it a habit of getting packages sent there. Also, I was using that address for all my other online transactions (not my bank or bills, just PayPal, eBay, Amazon, etc) at the time. I just recently moved back home. Now, I'm screwed because I don't have any documents proving this as I only stayed with my relative for a little over a month. All of my bills, bank statements, etc were linked to my permanent address as this was only a temporary arrangement. I will have to request for my account to be deleted because I will never be able to provide proof of address for the previous address. I'm probably not going to get my $45 back, bit that's fine I'm over it now.

To the people that have the same issue as me, I wish you the best and hope you get your money.

hmm, seems like GC could allow you to update your address so long as you have documentation.

As an alternative, maybe you could update your bank acct with the relative's address? Not sure about that, you'd have to ask GC. I wish you luck - I'm sure GC has laws they must abide by.
