Requested bitcoin card withdraw 3cdats ago, so I could bet some march madness....usually get the card within 13 hours or so....but of course, when I actually needed it semi quick this time, its still not sent.

Haven’t done $10k+ but have done multiple around $8k~ with no issues.

My request actually just got approved, no additional questions asked. 3/24

Just went to withdraw and saw this for the first time, not sure what it means...

"You have $x purchase balance to Net Zero."

Can someone break this down in layman's terms? Would I still receive my full withdraw, or that amount minus the $x to net zero? ... and why?

It's really an insignificant amount but just wasn't sure if it was some sort of fee i hadn't seen before or what

+1 always wondered this also. I always assumed that’s the total rake amount you generated and that’s the maximum amount you could withdraw but I have no clue?

Net zero is how much it takes to cover all your deposits from a certain method.

Example, it says 200 to net zero ach, that means until you withdraw that amount to your bank, you can't just choose another option. (Other than prize redemtion.)

Once you are at net zero, aka break even or profit, you can select any available withdraw methods. Including their loadable debit card.

i have never had any problems withdrawing from global poker. my redemptions are approved the day after i make them (assuming it is a weekday) and the money is in my account a few days later!

though i do wanna start withdrawing more of course i had a pretty good withrawal a couple weeks ago though probly nothin compared 2 sum of yall but i was happy with it won the 1 at night that used to be 3000 total in the pool but is now 2500 but 300 ppl usually play anyways

Req'd 1st week/approved 1st week of April, still haven't received.

I messaged them at ZenDesk and according to them they (Global) processed it but WorldPay is having issues putting it into my bank? Don't want to necessary blame Global as they're saying it's not their fault, but frustrating for sure.
