Still waiting on deposit. Im sure it will be today or tomorrow. But my last 4 cash outs have been max time allotted. It had always been within 3-5 days now im more around 8-10 every time. I also assume everyone that is getting very quick turn around for cash outs is because they are sub 2000.

Cash outs and sweeps requests have been backed up for months and theres really no excuse tbh it seems to be getting worse not better 8 months after covid began.

3-5 *business* days. They’re definitely trending towards the later end of that scale recently but I’ve still had no issues. Most if not all of my cash outs have been 2k+. With covid and reduced workforce my guess is they only complete certain steps of the process on certain days of the week. For example, when I withdraw on Saturday’s there seems to be a relatively level of consistency. Obv faster cash outs are great but as long as people as still consistently receiving payouts within reasonable time there’s no reason to worry.

None to send money to the card or withdraw to it from GP, and I've used it for normal everyday purchases with no fees of course. I did one ATM withdrawal with it and there was a $2.50 fee from the card itself plus the bank $3 fee so that wasn't good but haven't noticed any others at all.

hit bank today (oct 16)

was only a $350 withdraw-

in past it took only a few days so i assume their email about banks having delays due to covid is prob accurate

Just logged in. Requested a cashout. Closed global window. 5 minutes later looked at my email to see if there was a confirmation of my cashout request... only to find 2 emails from global... 2nd one saying cashout approved!! (dated the same minute!) Record? Will see how long before it hits my bank.

I opened a zen desk ticket about a cashout taking a long time before and it was resolved immediately. Might’ve just been coincidence but doesn’t hurt to try. I’m thinking current delays are due to switching away from Worldpay.

Message David on twoplustwo. He responded to me within a day or two. Also +1 to the guy who said create a zendesk ticket, they responded to that within a day.
