I hope you get some resolution to this soon. Seems weird that you haven't gotten any response yet. Although, from the time I've been on the site, which hasn't been that long, it seems that they are good about resolving issues and paying people.

Still no response as usual. My request was 13 days ago, I've not gotten a response and my redeem payout shows "Pay Failed"...my account ID is verified, my bank is verified... I can't get a response period. Anyone that get get me a response or help let me know.

I would suggest maybe starting a separate thread for this, instead of posting constantly in a bunch of other threads. This is concerning and I think it's worthy of it's own thread. I'm very surprised you haven't gotten a response from Global support. I'm sure David Lyons will be around soon and help you out with this. He's pretty good at getting resolutions for this type of stuff from what I'm seen. Maybe he's taken some time off this week and hasn't seen your posts.

No reason given? Is this your first cashout?

The only thing I can think of is you gave the ABA number for traditional wire transfer and not ACH. Most banks have a different ABA for each.

You might want to try and find Lyons on Twitter and shoot him a PM.

I'm trying to be patient. So I don't want any of this coming off wrong. I was never given an email about my payment after I redeemed it. So I check "history" and it says "Pay Failed". My bank is verified, my account is verified and the funds were obviously available for redeem. I've reached out many times through email and the ZenDesk forum(Global Support), and still nothing. I would assume that if I was not able to withdrawal to my bank that the funds would at least be put back into my account.

So I'm not trying to slam GlobalPoker.com or say anything like that. I'm very confused and frustrated right now as it's been 12 days and I have no emails, no transfer of funds and no funds returned to my account. I went and setup a Skrill wallet so that I can withdrawal that way, but I can't do that if they do not return the funds to my account.

Someone mentioned reaching out to David Lyons and I did so on Facebook. I tried on Twitter but it's difficult because I don't want to put all private info out there. Maybe if someone could reach out to David and have him check the post here that might help.

Thank you guys for the help 2+2 is awesome for this thing. I will be more active in the future as I've just recently found out about and joined. Thanks once again and may your grind be good!!!

Not sure why you want to be so easy on Global at this point. Two weeks to not respond is atrocious and a lack of respect to the player. The zendesk app sucks. It typically auto-responds via keyword search and when you still have an issue, could get a carousel of people receiving it. The ticket number should allow them to follow up, but like most online CS depts...they suck at it.

I definitely would not out your info it and probably should ask a mod to delete yours here, too. I have contact info I can give you but have to PM it to you. I've posted in the past and it has been quickly deleted. It is shameful to have to wait this long and not even have the money put back into your account.

David's twitter is @kalooki try hitting him up and even link to your post here.

It sounds as if your payment was submitted but DK'd pretty early, maybe via WP and they just have not gotten around to dealing with it.

You gotta read the TOS of mybitcards....they take a huge fee for processing these. Someone already mentioned it in one of the threads. But yeah about 10%.

I’ve searched the forum and see that a 1x rollover is the standard for clearing sweeps cash deposit bonuses, but if you read the sub section of Global’s TOS it says they have the discretion to up the rollover requirement to 20x play through...

... my question is has anyone reported or experienced a higher rollover requirement than the standard 1x? I ask because they keep hitting me up every other day with 100-200% deposit bonus emails... I mean, I’ll take the free money if it’s only 1x rollover considering how soft the SSNL pool is. Just wondering if Global switches it up on you later?
