I have a pretty big issue. I made a cashout request on 08/16/2020. So I don't get much info other than to wait. I check my account history today and it says "Pay Failed". I've been trying for a week to talk to support about it and just keep getting automated responses. I need something done on this please? Money back in my Global Account or a solution to why it "Pay Failed", something?
