I saw the last email and it provided no resolution to the problem.

The utility bill I sent in shows my name and current address on it. Nobody else who lives here plays Global poker. My address changed recently and is different from license, but I've seen it said here before that as long as the utility bill matches the address registered to Global, we're good. Am I missing something?

Just click on the 'Buy Gold Coins' button found at the upper right corner of the game lobby then select the 'Cash Out' tab. You will then receive an email from us regarding the documents that you will need to send us. Let me know as soon as you have submitted a cash out request and sent your docs so I can check it for you.

During routine investigations our system detected multiple account with your name in the same play location. Decision is final and we are closing the accounts and any monies held in these accounts will be void. This is based on the clauses in Global Poker's Terms of Use.

Hello,FIrst, I have one account.Only one. Several people in the same area with the same name as me is "proof"? That doesn't even make sense. What if my name was John Smith? There are literally thousands of John Smiths in the United States. And lots of times, all in the same area. Can a supervisor or manager or someone higher up please e-mail me and explain to me why my account has been blocked? I frequent the 2+2 forum, and I found this (which I have posted below) He was told he had multiple acccounts too, but as a one time courtesy you would still allow him to play. Why will you do that for one customer, but not all? Someone, somewhere needs to PLEASE do something, as I have only one account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your reply.

Curious as to the payout schedule. I've done a number of them and they have been quick sometimes and other times slow. Anybody ever get a payout on the weekend? Seems as though Fri/Mon are quick. Other days slow? Wonder if they just pay during certain days.

It seems to vary. Have requested one on a Sunday afternoon before and gotten it just a couple hours later.

Yeah, but Australia is like 15 hours ahead of CDT to, so a cashout on Sunday is Monday there. May not be a bad idea to cashout on Sundays?

I've had a cashout pending for 3-4 days now (my account was verified weeks ago)...fwiw my cashout request email said "We are now in the process of reviewing your request, and expect that your cash out request will be processed within the next 5 days. A confirmation email will be sent once your request has been processed."

Where are people seeing that they process cash outs in under 24 hours?

Looks like cashouts times are slowing down. Mine was requested on the 7th. Longest pending so far.

My cash out been pending about 5 days my roommate requested one and got a email that the 2nd account needs to be verified on the IP "is" mine which is fine but I have verified it to global about 5 to 6 times already, **** I have had a payout approved balready which makes no sense why they keep asking.

Please get to the cash out been awhile.

Kimbr, I have been waiting on a large withdrawal for 6 days now and I had no problem with smaller dollar amounts, do I need to request the amount be less then i did or what should I do. I need this money to pay bills...my screen name is the same as my username on here
