Once returned, it will be at Fifth-Third, World Pay's bank. They may not move too fast in returning it to the originator. You want to sit on their head to hurry it up.

Get the tracking done and then let me know where you're at, feel free to PM so we dont clutter up the thread with personal banter. You have 90 days to get an ACH correct so you dont have to stress that aspect. If no one were to respond to you, I can still get it found for you. The Federal Reserve Branch for your location will find it in seconds and they will not be impressed with the banks handling it not getting it done already. It's a last resort, but it is 100%.

Let me know what you find out.

I know it has been said that your withdrawal has to be the same way that you deposited. I initially deposited with a credit card though. How does that work? Can you really get a payout back to a credit card?

I am planning to make another deposit using Skrill and would like to withdrawal in the future using Skrill. Would this be possible?

Requested 3 different cash out around Christmas, first 2 arrived no problem. Last one still hasn’t arrived.

I emailed them but only response received was that they had no record of me DEPOSITING money.

I’ve tried 3 times in email to see what’s up

I told GLobal Poker I had a mental disorder. Still treating me like this.

How can a transfer from December 27 arrive, but a transfer from December 29 still isn’t here.

Can someone ****ing acknowledge me? How the **** could their support email me back and say “we have no recent purchase made by you” when I clearly said cash and out and showed that same picture up there

What does it really matter? If they didn’t want it happening they wouldn’t make it possible. I also didn’t know I’d be charged for the wire transfer and realized I ****ed up afterwards. The bank reversed the transfer fees.

Honestly it’s because I can’t stop moving up in limits when I’m winning. I’ve lost huge rolls(to me) so many times because I love running it up. I’ve received some amazing advice lately and part of it was about cashing out and staying at the same limits after a win.

So I’ve been withdrawing as often as possible, instead of just losing.

They finally responded to email and told me to wait in line, first come first serve.

But if the first support worker just had better reading comprehension this would have been solved a week ago.

I received an email finally that said the money was sent Dec 31 2019 and that if the bank denied the xfer it would take 10 business days and they would contact me immediacy - contacted the bank today but they have no record of a failed or denied wire transfer lol

Everything okay over there Global? Hoping my $150 comes from a segregated bank account ahahaha

You need the tracking number. You would have seen it by now. The transfer was DK'd in the wire room. Your basic customer service will not see it.

Get the tracking number and contact the wire room.
