I understand that bank transfers take longer than BTC transfers (which is why it's acceptable that Global "redemptions" take over 24 hours), but: anything longer than 1 business day for "redemption" approvals is profoundly absurd, pathetic, and light-years behind your US-facing competition (which is pathetic and meager ib its own right).

It'd be lovely if you'd extract your head from the wallaby's ass, and pronto, Global.

There is an error somewhere in the system. An ACH must be verified and credited in a short period of time. You need to get the tracking number and go to your bank with it.

They are sent out in batches to each and then the banks break them down from there. You have time to recover it, 90 days, but once it goes past that it is gone forever.

Get the tracking number for the ACH, go to your bank, not 800 CS call, and speak with a manager. Explain that an ACH was sent out with that tracking number and have them call the wire room to trace it. If you don't find it quick, let me know what bank you use. I can get you the phone number to the wire room. I can out you in contact with the entire chain up to the FRB that overseas your district. Someone had this problem a year ago in this thread. They we are down to the last couple of days. They called the Fed, gave the tracking number, and resolved in an hour or something. You do call them as a last resort. No wireroom or bank likes to get a call from them about their in-house issue.

If the account at Global says sent, I'd believe them. The ACH is either in someone else's account at your bank or was bounced and sitting at World Pay
Definitely traceable and resolveable, so no need to panic that its lost. It's just a pain in the ass to deal with. World Pay is a huge organization. Returned credits probably take them some time to get around to dealing with, laziness really

I have a prize redemption request from October 25th for $1,500 that has said Processing in the cashier for weeks. This money did in fact hit my bank account weeks ago (so that is great, but it still says Processing in the cashier).

I also have another prize redemption request from October 30th for $1,400 that has said Pending in the cashier for weeks. I have had 4 or 5 cash outs that successfully have made it into my bank account, so the verification part is not the issue.

I emailed customer support but just got a generic reply about the time period of prize redemptions.

I PM'd Kimbr a few days ago, but maybe she hasn't seen it yet.

Any suggestions or help would be appreciated. I have enjoyed playing on Global. Thank you.

Nov 15 - Contacted support
Nov 16 - Generic reply - "The status of your redemption will change from Processing to Paid once our Team confirmed that your funds have been credited. May we also ask if you already received your funds? If yes, kindly disregard the status and rest assured it won't affect your future redemption request.

Thank you and we'll wait for your response. "
Nov 16 - I follow up and say haven't received funds
Nov 19 - I ask for another follow up
Nov 21 - I ask for another follow up

What is going on here?

Oct 25th cash out has said Processing for weeks. This money actually was paid out to me and hit my bank account weeks ago- but it remains listed as Processing in my cashier

Oct 30th cash out request has been listed as Pending in my cashier for several weeks

I emailed support and got a generic reply about the typical length of cash outs being 10 business days (which I am obviously way past at this point)

I PMd Kimbr a few days ago and haven’t got a reply.

I have cashed out to the same bank account around 5 times so everything is good on my end.

I initiated a cash out from Global for $819.82 two months ago and they still haven't paid me. Not only that, but I have opened endless support tickets, fired emails, even tweeted at them, and all I get is an auto-responder email "your case has been escalated to yada yada and you will hear from us within 5 working days." I have not heard from a SINGLE person in two months and I feel like I am going crazy. My patience is gone and I don't understand why they would put a customer thru such an ordeal if everything was running as smoothly as their promotional emails and twitter campaigns seem to indicate. I am having PTSD flashbacks of Full Tilt and anyone who went thru that knows how terrible it feels. Do they HAVE the money? Are they so disorganized that they keep losing the cash out information? The transaction ID is 354255 in case any Global reps see this and want to know. This is a lot of money for me, and they are not even responding with a real person and I have no faith that they will pay me out.

Zillions of posts in the cashout thread from people getting paid, so that premise is false.

There have been a handful of people that have had issues, for various reasons, both theirs and GP/WP.

You have the tracking number. Go to your branch and ask to speak to the manager. He can call the wireroom and find out what happened. An ACH can get returned for various reasons, like they sent it to Joe Smith but account title is Joseph Smith.

The wireroom will be able to tell them what happened. The reality is, some minor error occurred that caused your bank to return it. WP will collect all the ACH payments that day, batch them, and send them to the specific banks for further credit. When it is returned from a batch, they can spend time in the ether. They are all traceable, so it is a matter of getting to the right party. It is highly possible that your account at GP is showing they sent it out and your bank not showing a credit based on what you've said.

The issue is the CS schmoes at GP do not have bank access most likely and cannot see it either and will just give you the blah blah blah spiel.

Speak with your branch manager and then let me know what they say. I can tell you who/where to go next once you have that info.

The money did not disappear and you will get it, but you need to find out the details soon. An ACH is considered final after 90 days. That means if you send one to the wrong account somehow, you cannot have it corrected after that period ends. You still have 30 days and that is plenty of time. Someone around this time last year was down to 6 days and they got it fixed in 48 hours.

I have yet to have any issues with cash outs. IM waiting on one now as we speak and it has went from, requested, to pending, approved, and now on processing. I have had pretty good experience with global customer support. Always respond quickly.
