Kimber,

Can you please look into my verification and cash out request? I keep getting the same run around from your reps that they need verification from someone else in my location/network, but I'm the only one that plays from my location.

I'm all for anti-fraud measures, but I don't think GP is going about this the right way. Just because people may live with or near each other doesn't mean anything fraudulent is going on. Aside from that, putting the burden on players to verify who others are is ridiculous. Each verification should be completely independent.

GP screen name is Raquan31

Thank You

Pretty pleasant experience. Requested a cashout on Tuesday night. Wednesday morning, I sent my verification info in. Wednesday afternoon, I had cash in my PayPal account.

Side note...do the players here seem particularly bad, or am I just going by a super small sample?

Waiting on a cashout Charles2183. Thanks CSKMBR

I can't figure out where in my account to initiate a cashout. Am I supposed to verify first?

Hi,
I sent in documents to verify my identity. I'm not sure if you've received them yet or not, but I logged in tonight and it said my account was blocked and to contact support. Please advise? Thanks

Thank you for contacting Global Poker Customer Service.

Detailed explanation has been provided regarding this issue. Based on all the information we got, we can confirm that you failed the verification process . During routine investigations our system detected multiple account with your name in the same play location. Decision is final and we are closing the accounts and any monies held in these accounts will be void. This is based on the clauses in Global Poker's Terms of Use.

Hello,FIrst, I have one account.Only one. Several people in the same area with the same name as me is "proof"? That doesn't even make sense. What if my name was John Smith? There are literally thousands of John Smiths in the United States. And lots of times, all in the same area. Can a supervisor or manager or someone higher up please e-mail me and explain to me why my account has been blocked? I frequent the 2+2 forum, and I found this (which I have posted below) He was told he had multiple acccounts too, but as a one time courtesy you would still allow him to play. Why will you do that for one customer, but not all? Someone, somewhere needs to PLEASE do something, as I have only one account. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your reply.

[FROM THE 2+2 FORUM]

This is pretty ridiculous considering no one else in my house plays poker.
As I have checked, your latest cash out request has already been approved. Thanks.

I'd like you to shed some more details on how you're determining players are on the same network? Open communication would go a long way. There are also several network engineers and experts on this forum (myself included), who can help you make sense of things.
Thank you for your offer, Big Perm. You have our commitment that this issue involving some of our players will be resolved satisfactorily.

In every case I've replied to the same email that support sent, and even checked the Zendesk ticket and it has my response AND the documents I attached.

Global Poker sent me a third reply now asking me to resend the same documents I just sent them.

I can understand being SLOW due to demand (that's a good thing, right?) but the lack of competence is painful to endure.
Sorry about this. Can you please provide your Global Poker username so I can check the status of your latest cash out request? Thank you.

It has been over 24 hours since I got the approved email. And still nothing in PayPal account. I was wondering if there was perhaps a malfunction on your end?

I got an email to verify account early in the week Roughly 350 in account. Was planning on doing this weekend but then you guys turned on suck out central on me !
Play normally.25/.50 and 8 hours a day. Lucky I get to play at work . I guess the site is rigged cuz I don't lose.....
Why would they say I have multiple accounts when I only have the one ? I sent email asking this . No response. Just worried it got hacked or something.

The offer is legit. I know you guys are swamped and have hit a steep learning curve, but you seem to be working diligently and from my point of view any mis-steps so far have been acknowledged and addressed. The poker community is pretty tight knit, so transparency and disclosure go a long way to building continual trust. Thanks for your hard work so far.

I processed my first $1k w/d last night, and am hopeful it will be a smooth process (initial $50 test w/d was VERY smooth). As I mentioned in an earlier post, I play from many different locations both on my PC and Phone, and travel quite a bit across the US. So I'm a little concerned that this cashout will run into the same vetting process, but I'm ok with it taking a few days knowing you guys a quickly performing your due diligence.
