In all fairness, my most recent withdraw was in my bank account this morning after requesting it Friday evening. So that's positive.

My original credit card deposit of $5 was in my sons name different from the account. Will this be an issue withdrawing money when the time comes ?

I also had one more question, can money be transfer to credit unions?

I've never had an issue with withdraws to my credit union bank account.

hi im looking for advice on my verification

a few days ago I started the verification process, and now after exchanging several emails/identifying-documents with global i have been informed that my original account details (my name) was inaccurate

I made the account hastily a long time ago, because i wanted to play with gold coins, and didnt realize this basic info would matter. I thought it would just be an account name. Now global has notified me that my original account has been deleted, and they will return my money if I make a new account with the right info. So far I made a new account with the right info, but have not heard back from them

I have been totally transparent with them about this inconsistency and provided all my documents, but because they just deleted my original account and this money disappeared i am nervous that i will be caught in their auto-email response loop and not get this money back

has anyone been through this before?

Made a withdrawal after a hiatus of not playing much for awhile.

Request put in on 8/17.

They asked for my wife's ID on 8/20, despite having used this joint account for withdrawals since they cut out Paypal (over a year?). Fine, emailed them within 10 hours.

Withdrawal then approved on 8/21 via email. Marked as approved online same day.

Now, on 8/23, it's back to "processing" online.

So, gonna post early next week? Why is the site getting worse? Y'all supposed to improve overtime, not devolve.

Payouts seem to be getting slower. But at least they DO pay out!

Global poker is giving me nothing but problems and annoyed. When i was ID verified i sent them a picture of my Drivers License and Bank statements and after a week of emailing back and forth i was finnaly approved. So now im trying to get my bank account verified so i can cash out and pretty much sent them the same stuff as i did earlier to get ID verified and they come back at me saying that the address does not match my drivers license. Ive had 100 dollars pending for cashout for about a week now has anyone els here ever had this problem? I would really like to cash out on global poker.

GP headquarters is in Austrailia, and they are closed for the weekend. Posting your issue in three different threads won't help. Please be patient, and there is a 99% chance that everything will work out.

Same thing for me -- weird new request for wife's ID despite using this same bank account before.

They approved it quickly after sending in the ID, but payout is longer than 5 business days now. They do segregate player money, right? Right?

Segregated accounts are fiduciary interests. There is none since you do not deposit on Global. You make a purchase of fugazi coins. Their cash flow and statement of income can be found in their financials.

So I did a redemption on 8/14 and received it on 8/19. However it still says processing. A new redemption on 8/19 is still pending. I know things have slowed down a little but is there a chance my new redemption hasn’t gone through because the 8/14 is still processing (even though I’ve received it)?
