My cash out is moved from pending to approved. so it is now moving

5 figures requested July 14th, approved and paid out the 18th. into my bank account. I have not redeemed a prize since Paypal days so I just had to upload my license and a selfie again as my old license was expired. The deposit was listed on my bank statement as from Worldpay. Very fast and easy. I kept checking my account even up until today because it was not showing up, I even opened up a support ticket with Global...but my bad I was checking the wrong bank account.

I have sent in all id pics and selfies as requested to get these done "Account verified and change email address" and is all i get in response is we are going to close this support ticket with out further info. I don't know what else to do i have sent everything they have asked for .... Is the Global Rep around GlobalPokerCSKimbr has i need some help with this

Submitted request for $1k on July 23rd evening, still not approved. I had only cashout once previously, and the account is verified. Global is closing WA accounts on July 31, so the situation is urgent. I have another $1k left in the account and cannot redeem that money concurrently. Global support is not responding to my tickets for clarification of what happens to leftover money after July 31st. Global only gave one week short notice. Can Global please prioritize WA accounts for now?

Now 16 days have passed and I still get no result. Customer service kept replying me saying ‘documents are being reviewed at relevant department’.

If you guys are having problem verifying my passport, then please reopen the E-Verify link for me such that I can submit my renewed driver’s license. Otherwise, please help me contact the relevant department and have them settle this ASAP.

How long does it take for a cashout via Skrill take? Support told me 24-48 hours, is that correct?

Yes, that is correct. As I have checked, you canceled your previous request nd made a new one.

My bank account has changed. I emailed support but they take a couple days to respond. Can you possibly tell me what I need to do to update my bank account for cashout?

I originally requested my first cash out via Bank Transfer on August 10th. Since then I have provided my bank account info. Do I also need to cancel my pending withdrawal and request a new prize redemption? @GlobalPokerCSKimbr??
