Use the Zendesk system. If they want a different screenshot, they will say so. If they want a selfie, they will say so.
Zendesk is a ticket tracking customer service platform, designed to keep track of your progress towards being approved, or resolving a problem.
For me, each interaction took about a hour for a customer service rep to review my info, and respond each time that they are satisfied, or that they need something slightly different.
For me, the printout of my online account did not have the header for some reason, so they said “it needs the bank name header”.
Then, I printed out the screenshot with the bank header, scanned that, and sent it in.
They responded that screenshots need to be not copies, and in full color.
I sent the original screenshot, in color, with the bank header and my info.
They said thank you and accepted it.
All of the above took 6 hours.
Just relax, use the system as it is intended.
If you are legit, there is nothing that can really go wrong. You will be approved.
