Yes, I had to provide a selfie with my driver’s license. No reason not to comply, they already have your passport photo.

Interesting that you are using a passport. The process I went through, used my state issued ID and verified its validity electronically. Actually, I was impressed with the technology.

I like how people bitching about some requests that GP is doing to get your money, like taking selfies. Just provide them with everything they need and it will be solved. They asked me to provide new driver license because mine expired. So I did it and provided fresh photo. It was resolved in 48 hours.
Just comply, that's it.

So now your license is in compliance, thanks to GP's eagle eye customer support team.

Getting a ticket for an expired driver's license is stupid. I should know because it happened to me. Just a waste of money.

10/29 - submitted bank details document, was verified about 9 hours later
10/30 - requested cashout, was approved about 20 hours later
10/31 - 12 hours after approval, status changed to processing
11/1 - status changed to paid, waiting for it to hit my bank now

kimbr,

is gp trying to rip me off? i never got my caahout, i sent proof of that earlier, my bank also says they didnt get it and talk to sender, you guys tell me to screw off and talk to bank????????? did you guys type in wrong account/routing number where someone else got the cashout? i sent a picture with the correct numbers before all this.

Kinmbr,

i just talked to my bank at 4am somehow. they said they rejected your deposit because you guys didnt show company name or my name in the notification of the deposit. please resend it correctly today? she said you guys should be getting that rejected deposit status any time, as its 3-5 business days from yesterday. kind of infuriating that mk and ng from gp told me it shows paid and it feels like im being told to screw off.

Hi, i had made a withdrawal when GP was still using paypal and that went pretty smoothly. I sent in all the required documents and was verified and received my money. Now i requested my first withdrawal under WordPlay on 11/4/2018. i have not received anything yet (probably b/c its still early). Does anybody know if i have to re-verify the information that i verified when GP was w/ paypal or will it remember my previous verification? will i receive an email or do i have to constantly keep checking my GP account for an update? thanks!

It is painless if you live in US and provide the documents that GP will require.

1. Some form of ID (Driver license/passport)
2. Bank statement with your name on it.

Takes like a week first time, around 5 days later.

Use the Zendesk system. If they want a different screenshot, they will say so. If they want a selfie, they will say so.

Zendesk is a ticket tracking customer service platform, designed to keep track of your progress towards being approved, or resolving a problem.

For me, each interaction took about a hour for a customer service rep to review my info, and respond each time that they are satisfied, or that they need something slightly different.

For me, the printout of my online account did not have the header for some reason, so they said “it needs the bank name header”.

Then, I printed out the screenshot with the bank header, scanned that, and sent it in.

They responded that screenshots need to be not copies, and in full color.

I sent the original screenshot, in color, with the bank header and my info.

They said thank you and accepted it.

All of the above took 6 hours.

Just relax, use the system as it is intended.

If you are legit, there is nothing that can really go wrong. You will be approved.

It's been over a year, but I didn't mess with this zendesk stuff, just e-mailed them a selfie with my ID and the bank statement with just the header (didn't show my transactions iirc), and within a few hours everything was all good. I've successfully made dozens of cashouts since then with no problems.
