Once a customer purchases a Gold Coin package, we assume that they wish to play on our tables and we certainly do not wish to cause any delay.

I heard that global stopped using paypal for cashouts? Is this true, or is everything still run through paypal? As in, I can buy gold coin package, play, and if I decide to cash out, can do so through paypal?

Does anyone know where you can find information about GP like you can on for a businesses from the BBB (Better Business Bureau)?
You hear a lot of weird stuff on the news lately about people taking information and doing other things with it, like selling your ID and face act. I think I would just fill better if someone backed them like the "BBB"

****ing 5 month nightmare ensues being outright lied to by support regarding play through (play 5 events, one a 218, they tell me my total wagered amount was 160. but also 216. but also 340). entered into a battle where my increasingly frustrated emails were being met with increasingly impish trolling and cherry picking which tournaments would count towards my playthrough (they literally refused to include a 218 50k in my playthrough amount. just kept ignoring the fact that i played it)

finally. FINALLY. after 10 emails where i provide simplistic addition equations both showing amount of cashes and deposits and amount in account and the difference between being an exact match for what i really wagered and them refusing to provide equations for their fake numbers (rake doesnt count, yet somehow my total amount wagered in tournaments alone was at one point '216' which is literally impossible without having like 56+4 type events.)

FINALLY

9/27 received bank wire.

juuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuust shy of 5 months. looks like carbon poker checks did in 2011 right after black friday.

have played professionally for ~10 years. moved after black friday. playled on easily about 12-15 networks over the last decade.

this has been by far and away the worst most negative and unproductive experience i have ever had on any network.


being forced to watch them pay mountains for wsop advertising on pokernews,cardplayer,twoplustwo, even twitter for gods sake. watching them pay out people i know who play cash on the site.
just trolling me and holding my cash hostage lol.


all these posts about requested on 20th and received on 25th, just lolz.

i literally had to make like 10 threads in here and tell a bunch of my friends about my experience before anything happened.


even the scammer who robbed me in 2015 paid me back in half as much time.


got paid tho, which is the most important part.

Same thing here. They asked why my address on bank statement didn't match what was on file, I replied explaining I move to X from Y, and all was good. Received money in bank account in under a week.

I haven't played since they got rid of Paypal as an option, so couple questions (I was already able to cashout at this time)...

I see I can deposit with a CC, what do I need to do to get it "verified" once I've made the deposit? (i.e. send in a scan of the card?)

I see I can now withdrawal to my bank account... what is the process to get this set up? do I HAVE to make a deposit first?

Anything else I need to know about, since I haven't played since the processor change?

When I emailed them and had someone from their team specifically handling my cashout it literally took less than 1day once approved.

Hi I got some email saying i started a request, I didnt, and that you guys needed docs. I tried to log into the zendesk site, through the link here in the reps post not the email, using my GlobalPoker sign in info and says the email and password dont matchup. The information is correct since Im using right now to log into global the actual site and not the zendesk thing. Can a rep pm me or something because the intial email was unsolicited and i dont even know why I got it.

***figured out the zendesk thing. still dont know what warranted the unsolicited email.

I was hoping a global poker representative could answer this question for me. I sent in all required documents for withdrawal. Now I have to fill out a form with my banking information. My question is: If I can’t find a SWIFT code or BIC code for my bank, will I still get my funds in my account? For instance, say my bank does have a SWIFT code or BIC code, but I don’t know it, and request a cash out, will it go through?
