Its funny that players that made threats to the company received their funds the very next day (or that same day).
Players like me who refuse to make threats out of principle are just left in the dust.
Also seems like those who are polite to Global Poker Kimber get help right away. Those who speak the truth and can be a little critical get ignored.
Thought it would be first come first serve no matter what like a fair company..

Waiting for current Cashouts:
July 7th= 1000$ (still waiting on the money)
July 19th= 11000$ (still waiting on the money)
August 23rd = 5000$ (new cash out)

will keep y'all updated
Disturbing to say the least. Could very well be a world pay issue.
That's a lot of cheddar.

Well dude, you are waiting for $17k in cashouts so you're obviously a good strategist. You just described the basic rules for a rock paper scissors game. You keep throwing scissors when you need to throw rock or paper. Pretty obvious.

In all seriousness I do hope you get paid soon. It would be great for Global overall if they could go a single day without having a cashout/purchase issue.

I don't think I received it, but I assume that this means they used the details as written on the form I sent from my bank.

Sorry if I'm misinterpreting your messages - thank you for your assistance.

If I don't have my money in the next couple business days I will e-mail the higher-ups detailing our interactions and linking this thread, I've already taken screenshots of practically every e-mail sent because I planned on doing this a few days ago. We can just do it together, along with whoever else is waiting after 4-5+weeks.

It's really difficult to know who to be frustrated with as we aren't receiving adequate information without extensive back n forths trying to pry the information out of support. It seems Kimber is legitimately helpful though.

It has been over 2 weeks since I last login. Pretty shocked that some of you still waiting for your withdrawals.

3 of my cashouts all received.

1st 26 days
2nd 18 days
3rd 7 days

The first one I received it 2 days after I called/texted/email their CFO.
I strongly advise people here to do so as well. I know how annoying/frustrating
this could be, personally I think it is better to escalate it like I did at least to get
your case heard. Hope you all get paid soon.

Has anyone actually had a large withdrawal processed? anything above 5 figures? am interested if all the cash outs are low denominations or whether people have been able to also cash out $10k+ etc? I seem to remember full tilt continued to process smaller withdrawals (but not larger ones) before they went under.

Do I use the same docs that were used to verify my Paypal to verify a cashout for worldpay?

No - with Paypal we used something like a recent utility bill to verify our address.

With Worldpay we need a bank statement or something to prove that the bank account they're sending the money to is yours.

Will the bank mark your transaction if it was $10k ?

First cashout attempt with Worldpay, after multiple low 4-figure cashouts with Paypal.

Canadian player, $4k

Requested: Thursday Aug 23
Verified: Friday Aug 24, AM
Approved and processed: Friday Aug 24, PM
In bank account: ???

The bank automatically reports it.

How about people getting multiple high 4 figure cash outs then? (since the change of withdrawal methods)

I had assumed with the number of views this thread gets that someone would have posted to say they had received some reasonably large cash outs. Would still be interested to hear if anyone has. I would be fairly concerned if no one has though.

I had 2 x 10k withdrawals last month.

Both were requested 2 days apart, and it tookk 2.5 weeks to get to my bank. If you look up my previous posts, i followed up every single day with the global team. I also noticed that i got paid right after we contacted the CEO/CFO.

On business day #5 again for my 3rd withdrawal. Looks like I'll need to contact support again. I've had to do it for every single withdrawal I've made so far.

Sorry if you feel that way. I understand that you are upset with the situation and not against me personally. I would definitely feel the same if I was in your shoes. Anyway, I'm coordinating with the relevant team to find out what happened since it appears that both transaction were successful.

date requested Aug 26, 2018 7:46 PM, let's see how long this one takes.

I'm confused. I just requested a withdrawal (1st one) and all I entered was the amount. How do they know what bank account to send to?

In a few days they will come back to you asking you for your banking details.

Then a few days after that they will ask you again. Just for confirmation.

A week after that you'll be here posting saying your money isnt in your bank.

Then 4 weeks after that suddenly your money will appear in the bank.
08-27-2018 , 08:16 PM
Wonder if I will ever get the money put back in my account so I can switch banking details and try again.

Anyone else have failed cash outs returned? what was the time frame?
08-27-2018 , 10:15 PM
First cashout requested 7/21
Approved 7/21
Marked as paid 7/23
Money received 7/25

Second cashout requested 8/26
Approval currently pending

5 business days have passed waiting for my latest cashout. Last one came in 2 days so it's fair I'm paying the piper I suppose.

Worldpay is just the payment processor. VGW is the company that owns Global Poker. I doubt anything has changed.

Well guys, made another ticket asking for an update

Quote:
Hey guys, we're past six weeks now since the initial cashout request, and we're past 5 business days since the latest version of it was approved complete with a form filled out by my bank, will be 8 days tomorrow. Can I get a status update or an ETA?

To be honest this is the worst experience I've ever had trying to cashout from a poker platform, beyond frustrating for me.

Thank You
Going to draft up an email for the big boys tonight and fire it off tomorrow.

The anger is building at this point lol
