I just got off the phone with WorldPay tech support. They told me that dont provide any customer assistance and they are only their to help process purchases and not payouts.

They dont do wire transfers at all. So the question is where is my money ? Why is it taking so long to be resolved?

Do I have to just chargeback all my deposits ? This is insane now.

I was told my payout was rejected because the name on my bank account did not match the name on my global account. My bank account is my full name and GP name just my 1st and last. Resubmitted it 7/6 and was approved the same day. Status now says paid and its not in my bank. This payout was first initiated on 6/11 but hopefully the hold up is something as minor as having a mismatched bank and global account name. I will update when I receive the money or hear back from global. Hopefully that helps anyone having the same issue.

I have a cashout that says its been paid on June 21st, i e-mailed them it said it would paid on June 27, after I gave all of my bank details. Nothing in my bank account, same deal, they forwarded it to payment services, any help?

That's a list of users who apparently have not been paid, including myself. Timeframes range from 1 month to 2 weeks.

I scrutinized this thread before deciding it was safe to make a deposit, and for a site that brands itself on players being able 'cash out quickly', this is really frustrating, even if we are a minority. The lack of communication from support does not help. They have not been able to give me a new time frame, nor highlight anything wrong with the process.

Joey / Kimbr, at this point would much appreciate it if you looked into my account as well (berzerks, 2 cashouts approved for 2 weeks and marked paid). Thank you!
Yea i literally think they have no answers on whats going on with the cashout process. Ive been hearing they are looking into it and they are getting to the bottom of it for weeks now. Still havent got a logical explanation or a time frame. When or if I ever get my money I will not put another cent on here until they get a qucker and more reliable cashout method.

Has anyone successfully withdrawn to one of the online-only banks?

Is there a market rate for Global funds yet?

Hopefully many of us that have yet to be paid had similar glitches. Hope to hear that you and others get paid soon.

I believe Netspend has been used with success.

No market rates (yet). I get the paranoia but it appears 99% of players who have given their banking info are getting their $.

Also, VGW has had huge success in the past couple years and is soon going to be a publicly traded company on the Australian Stock Exchange, so I wouldn't expect them to **** off with our $.

Just found out-- if you click on your cash-out requests within zendesk, you can see the routing/account numbers used in a side column (unlike the email confirmations you receive).

To avoid glitches, I'd highly recommend checking these on your first cash-out. Sounds like global is overwhelmed right now, so a glitch that might take you a minute to find could take them a week or more to report to you.

Judging from others ITT it should be in your account a few days after showing as paid. My understanding is that it switches to paid when your bank has accepted the funds. It is then down to your banks processing time, this is why some say paid a few days before and others say paid when funds are in your account.

Hey mate. The routing number you provided yesterday was different to the one originally provided. Has been updated now to the one provided yesterday and you should see something shortly.

This is a great suggestion.

A significant amount (not all) of people who have not been paid on time we found that they had not provided their ACH routing number incorrectly.

If you can double check the right routing number this could help process everything quicker.

Thanks

I just requested my first cash out, and have not sent verification details yet. Not very comfortable sharing my banking info with the site, how does everyone feel about this? Should I open a separate bank account to minimize risk?

Hi Joey,

Not everyone waiting for money is reading this thread or receiving any kind of response, so while this appears to be the big issue it would be nice for the players to be notified.

The issue for me and I'm sure the guys waiting more than 5 business days for money is that their bank details were approved so they assumed that you guys put the pieces together and have it connected to the account. Perhaps some kind of system in place like Neteller used to have where you got a transfer for a few cents to confirm your account just to make sure it was hunky dory.

Joey/Kimbr,

Would either of you be able to look into my account (loveskunk) to confirm with me that I have provided the correct routing number? I initially provided my banks 3 digit routing number but as I am Canadian I believe I need to provide a 9 digit fedwire/ABA number? Is that correct?

Thanks.

Go to http://www.routingnumber.com/ and enter your bank name. The ABA for ACH transactions is usually different than the one on your check. Look through the numbers that pop up for your bank and the one associated with ACH is likely what they will need.

Of course, a competent back office staff would have let the players know this stuff in an email, but....maybe the overall demand and acceptance of this ****ing debacle, luls, they tout led them to believe any solid customer support with informed staff was unnecessary.

If VGW was trading while this bull**** happened, they'd get crushed in stock price.

For people that has cashed out successfully with WP what banks are you using?
07-10-2018 , 02:58 PM
Posting bank names is discouraged in this forum due to laws restricting banks from processing gambling transactions.

Cashout approved 7/5
Cashout status changed to "Paid" 7/6

Still no funds.... Please look into this...
