account verification-does the facial recognition step have to be done on a webcam? i tried on my phone with both cameras but it never works for me....

I took pictures via phone no problem. Do you look totally different from when the picture on the ID you used was taken?

I opened the matter up with the Zendesk or whatever it is, and they have now cancelled my w/d request after 17 days

they told me my amount exceeded the cashout limit, with no prior warning or communication along the way.

I have now attempted to withdraw less $, and I'm hoping this isnt the same kind of timeframe

We have sped up the approval process for some prize redemptions. On average, redemptions are being approved in <24h. There are of course a few outliers requiring additional work to approve.

Requested 1st withdrawal 8/24, 2nd 9/15, 3rd 9/24, see image of transactions here: https://imgur.com/a/hs7op2C

Customer support initially asked for more information, and a different bank account as the first one didn't allow the transfer. I provided the information, and waited over a week. I followed up, they had me send the information again. Ok, fine. Two more weeks go by and nothing. I have since emailed them 10+ times, reached out on facebook and twitter (and got blocked on both) and haven't heard anything.

HELP, where do I go from here?!?!
